hello, just introduced myself in an earlier video. I am HSLF also, spuds are my starch of choice, keep me full, longer. but do it Chef AJ's way, no pasta, breads, flours, i had to, to lose the 100 lbs, & at 69, sure don't want to gain ANY back, at 5'1" tall, low thyroid, & my channel is as my name suggests, yes, the 1st vid i commented, was at the start. 👍💪🙏🍌

But what is your daily energy output? Do you lift weights, go jogging or any other physical labor?

Some days I cycle 30-60 minutes, other days I mow the lawn. Not much activity to be honest.

I used to be hardcore vegan, beans, rice, veg, fruit, but since lapsed and gained 50 pounds eating vegan + seafood, dairy still no meat, the dairy and seafood, will be less healthy. How long have you been a vegan, why did you go vegan, and did you ever eat meat?

I had weight loss and diabetes concerns, i went from 215 pounds to 146 pounds on pure vegan diet. I'm 6' 0 I was thin shamed told anorexic, and told it was not healthy by my mother it was very subconscious message, psychologically, I wasnt offended by it, misery loves company? If i eat bad wont you join me?however my doctor loved me for losing 70 lbs, my labs and bloodwork my pre diabetes was reversed, i had the bloodwork of a world class athelete, and I was so thin before.
