When I feel stuffy I take a bowl of hot boiled water and put sum drops of eucalyptus oil in it, and cover my face with a towel with the bowl under it, inhaling and exhaling. I also drink green tea

Sweat contains salt and water, and that's it. There are no ''toxins'' available in your sweat and sweating is not a way for your body to get rid of ''toxins''. The main function of sweat is to lower your overall body temperature. Just wanted to make that clear :) Anyways, good video Olga! :)
@danielle34514 жыл бұрын
Sandring44 Ⓥ actually the main purpose of sweat is to regulate body temperature, but along with that it’s another way for your body to get rid of toxins. plus there are different types of glands, for example eccrine glands. they produce most of your sweat, especially the watery kind. but eccrine perspiration contains salt, protein, urea, and ammonia gets mixed into it. just wanna let you know! 😊
@Ben-pm7rr4 жыл бұрын
Sandring44 Ⓥ 😂😂 you really don’t know what your talking about do you. Sweating is a way your body gets rid of toxins. Yes it also is to regulate your body temperature but it also removes toxins

Ben Richards yes, people really need to understand what they’re saying before trying to prove a point

Sandring44 Ⓥ if it’s only water and salt then why some people has odor in their sweat?
@MissAnthrope8008Ай бұрын
Electrolytes: Sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium are electrolytes that help trigger important responses in the body. Pheromones: These chemicals act like hormones outside of the body. Bacteria: Bacteria that grow in sweat can cause body odor. Toxins: Sweat contains very small amounts of toxins like heavy metals and bisphenol A (BPA). Vitamins and trace minerals: Sweat contains vitamins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, and iron. Proteins and amino acids: Sweat contains proteins and amino acids.

Ohmygoodness girl! All you knew to do is make salsa!! With the ingredients you mention it can be made: red onions, cilantro, Serrano chili, and lotsa garlic. Garlic is great for cutting the length of the cold- or just get it from a good Mexican restaurant- don’t get it from supermarket!!

patty 8873 the potatoes probably just hold heat well, so they will release a lot of steam. She said it was an old Russian remedy. They probably just used what was available.

hi good remedies.....2 good tips: cover your glass of water by the bed unless you don't mind the top layer of unseen house dust. secondly the potatoe steam was great but should not be eaten if sick. the body is already using the most energy trying to heal you....now it has to STOP and digest those starchy mash taters you ate.....best scenario is to freeze it for later or thin it out with lots of water for thin creamy tater soup. yw
