The problem with cheat days is that the level of sodium and sugar will increase cravings for the following week. If you reduce your sodium and sugar intake, you don't need cheat days because you won't have the cravings that drive your mind crazy. This is after you struggle going through atleast 2 weeks with low sodium and sugar so that your body adjusts.

Dude finding out you're also a die-hard fan of the Miss Vickie's jalapeno is what made me subscribe to your channel because they're also my go to chips. Those things are literally more addictive than cocaine you'll finish some and then not even 15 minutes later you're going to want some more which is pretty similar to the cocaine experience you enjoy it then in 15 minutes you want some more. With those Miss Vickie's jalapeno chips we can polish off a bag and in not even 15 more minutes we ask ourselves "do I have another bag of those those are freaking good" We're lucky in Canada to have access to those all the time since they are a Canadian chip brand. If I ever left Canada I would have to make sure I could either have someone mail me bags of those regularly or be in an area where there's a store that sells them
