Just a suggestion. When you sramble eggs, add a 2-3 tablespoons of cottage cheese. (It's cheaper at ALDI). Mix well with the egg, until the eggs are how you like them, and serve. This is so easy and makes it much more nutritious and more than doubles the protein. Protein is extremely important for your little ones growing bones and muscles.....and it tastes good. (You can also add canned fruit to 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and they will love it)
