I honestly don't normally get people outside of my immediate family gifts, I'm just not a really good gift giver (plus I usually don't know what day we're living in so Christmas normally passes me by) but I thought about going the extra mile this year and showing appreciate to those in my life because I think we could all use a little holiday joy.

I’m surprised y’all opened up presents on not Christmas Day. And I LOVE it. Absolutely got me in the Christmas spirit (esp bc holidays this year somehow felt cancelled bc being unable to have gatherings). Spoilers for those who haven’t watched yet: Those are beautiful watches (loved that you charged them beforehand!) and a phone is always an intense present. The robe is a beautiful color too

we are normally traveling during the holidays so we've actually never opened up presents on Christmas day before. ... but we also can't keep secrets so the sooner we can open presents, the better lol

I wrapped all my gifts in tjs holiday grocery bags and twine and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to regular wrapping paper:)

It's about that age to make the decision on whether to keep going in relationship if you don't see a future or keep it moving to secure the future. But this is CA so whatever makes one happy. In my experience, people that lived together a while and then married didn't last 2 years even though they were together 8 years prior. Xmas and other holidays had me reflect on my identical situations.
