Try adding a new habit onto an existing habit, that helps. E.g. if you want to be more organised, make a daily to-do list whilst you have your morning coffee or after brushing your teeth

I did the same personality test a year or so ago too. Extremely helpful to find your 'weaknesses' and put systems in place to help prop them up. Great video again!
