The hardest thing in life is when we loose our beloved ones and we miss them like we miss nobody and nothing else in life. But life goes on...and it's nice to keep some lovely memories in such a box. The memory box from your mum is the most touching present I think I've ever seen. That's something that you'll be able to cherish forever. This Christmas was also our first Christmas without my granddad who passed away in May and keeping the small things like birthday cards means more than anyone could imagine. Catching up with your videos today as been so busy with university. The memory box was so sweet from your mum. My family did something similar to me and my brother as we lost our nan in 2016 so we’ve had 2 Christmas’s without her now but nan had a dog called Ben and she left him to me in her will.. best present I could ever wish for but now even though nan isn’t here with me, Ben is my world and I’d do anything for him to keep him healthy and happy. I absolutely love that Anna Jones book! i highly recommend the sweet potato and ricotta gnocchi with almond pesto on page 206 (i know its not vegan soz but i know you occasionally slip and eat cheese for a treat Vic!). Her other book A Modern Way to eat has the best veggie chilli EVER in it! She used to work for Jamie Oliver and she makes veggie recipes I actually want to eat. Best veggie cook book well done Mamma Frow!!
