Loved your ideas such great finds!! I shop all year to try to get the deals. I am also getting skates or roller blades for all of my kids this year. I take them to a roller skating rink but they also really love it when I just pull our cars out of our garage and just let them skate around that in the winter. Stocking stuffer ideas: hot wheels water changing cars, same thing for the girls are the water changing Barbie or Chelsea dolls, snacks, toothbrush, shower gels, bubbles, bath crayons, bath bombs (Dollar Tree has some cute ones), magnifying glass, hair bows for the girls, hair gel for the boys, small treasure x kits, nail polish/nail decals, chocolate coal, Aaron’s putty, scratch off lotto tickets, slinky, and my all time favorite stocking stuffer is a ticket to an activity that I take each child to just 1 on 1. (Disney on Ice, Monster Truck Rally, Professional Bull Riding, Hockey game, Sesame Street Live, whatever your kids are really into- just go to some event venues and see what’s coming up in the next month or two, if you buy at the box office you avoid the processing fees.)

What’s wrong with good will? As long as the gifts are in good condition does it matter where they came from? Not everyone has the money to blow on expensive toys and If you can get it somewhere cheaper why not? Kids don’t really care as much as you think

Nothing wrong with Goodwill,. there are a lot of people ,especially in this economy ,who can’t afford brand new gifts . You can find a lot of things at Goodwill that are actually brand new and some that are barely used

Omg Not the toy commercials everywhere now giving my daughter new things to add to her Christmas list lol. You did good with all the gifts! Right now Elf and Wet n Wild have makeup kits for less than $15 if you are looking for alternatives to that amazon makeup kit.

7 yr old daughter: -Our generation Salon.. scored the 25% off Target deal plus it being on sale so I was excited! - 2 Our generation dolls - Outfits for her dolls -Highlights activity books -Sticker books -Air dry clay kit -Room decor- My husband & I are planning to surprise her with a room makeover before xmas. 10 yr old daughter: -Connect 4 Spin -Nintendo switch sports game -Sketchbooks -Good brand color pencils -Ohuhu Markers -Room decor as well -Clay bead jewelry making kit -Rainbow loom rubber bands.. I still have not gotten anything for their stockings yet though.

That bath toy faucet thing is both my kids favorite bath toy going on three years now. They burned the motor out along the way and I had to buy a replacement they love it so much.

We do something similar but we do want, need, read, wear and somehing to do with my family (games and experience).But we do 2 gifts in each category so it ends up being like 8 per kid and then an experience for the family. I have 3 boys. I got the kinetic sand you have for my 3 year old. This year we are going bowling/archade and to dinner day after Christmas. I feel like this gives a good amt to open but overwhelming Amount. For gifts from the family like grandparents we ask them not to give toys but gift cards for us to go out to eat as a family during the year, or contribute to our travel fund as we prepare for summer. It avoids the junk and helps us do more as a family.

I would return that makeup kit and getting the actual makeup. Kids Make-up is not regulated as makeup. They are considered a toy and have so many bad things in them that real makeup does not bc real makeup is regulated

Yes! Absolutely, even just wet n wild or elf brand makeup is better than kids makeup, tons of horrible chemicals and huge glitter pieces that are dangerous.

great video my son has that mable run from target and the mable are small there fish tank mable size and he lost most of them the vtech mable run is better because the mable are bigger it easy to put together and it has different ways to change it my son loves it

That is funny because my son asked for the ghostbusters costume for Christmas but that was not his choice for halloween lol i got him a zombie mine-craft costume off walmart website for a little under $7 and also my son is still into treasure x as well! Great choice i'm going to look into that robot, My 6yr old son and your son have a lot of the same interest in toys, mines love sand and playdoh as well. My 11 yr old asked for rolls skates this yr too!

I would just be careful with the marble run. I got that set for my son a few years ago and he was good with it for a few weeks. But then he started using them to dig into his walls. He was 5 at the time.

They’re getting everything they want and that’s the reason we don’t do “need” gifts. same as getting family gifts are things everyone will enjoy, which are shared gifts. I think they have plenty to have fun with.
