I love the wheels😍 it looks more retro. I agree on the horsepower for the 50th anniversary edition should've had more horsepower like 550,top speed like 190 mph and limited edition number

The R/T is for the nostalgic purpose, this is because the car is supposed to have an old school look, therefor they went with an old school style of an R/T badge.

I think making the 50th with 500 hp would've been good. In that regard, it was like getting a Daytona Hellcat Charger vs just a Hellcat Charger. the extra 10 HP. This way, it is different than the regular Scat Pack, and they wouldnt have much reason to charge even more for 75 to 100 more hp. But agree, there should've been more.

So I decided to get a 50th anniversary RT over a Widebody 392xlast week, and the only reason why , was because the eidebidy and all the other scats in that range were cloth... I love performance but there's nothing worse than buying a car that looks good outside but sgitty inside

Bro come on of course I know what the abbreviations mean thats the entire point. The confusion thats been made when identifying this car as being special. If you step back a few years they were scatpacks being called srt and the regular hemi was a rt. Simple abbreviations is what rank these cars. @@willboyd8021 again these are things that I know already the entire conversation was what shouldve been added by dodge to make the car distinctive. So people wouldn't want to make changes to there cars even though I probably still would to be different. I dont need to be educated on these cars I own 12 classic cars fully original 60s and 70s muscle cars I've been playing with these toys for a long time. I'm well versed at this point when it comes to these cars we want what we want. What you want for your car is ok because its your car but when its someone else's they can change what they want and make it to where it looses value all they want because its what they want it to be. But as much as I like the car its just not enough for me and thats why I turned around and purchased a 2020 Dodge challenger hellcat widebody cuz again I can. A scarce car ..only made 70 each of the trim levels and color ..it's only 1960 anniversity made ..that are numbered in dash ..once the sold out they continued cormmemrative line with newer colors but not numbered..so definitely one to hold on to for investment

Yup I couldn’t handle it anymore on my 2020 widebody challenger. I change the pads after only 400 miles on them too Power Stop Z26 . Amazing different 😱 hardly no break dust now.

SRT and RT represent different technology and trim levels. The SRT ( Street and Racing Technology ) represents the engine and performance the R/T is for Road and Track; Brembo is a specialty company that developed the brakes for this specific car. There's a TON of technology between different divisions, companies and departments with regard to the development of the car. The entertainment isn't Dodge it's either Alpine or Harman Kardon; hopefully you get the point. Every company that assisted in the development of the car has to be represented; no different than for ROUSH Mustangs or AMG Mercedes.

Well it is a R/T 50th year anniversary car, happens to have the SRT parts. The actual SRT392 unfortunately discontinued. I always felt like the Widebody should have taken on the SRT392 model and gave you the Leguna leather package option with it. But Dodge flagship performance has been R/T so in end respect the heritage.

1. Yeah the Scatpack is and is not SRT. SRT is reserved for the top performance car which this is not. RT 50 years ago was top of the line. That’s why they chose that for the grill. 2. Brake caliper covers are changeable. Stock gun metal grey is classic. 3. Same with the wheels. They resemble the classic styling... 4. If you wanted more power then you should have bought a hellcat... I don’t think you’re getting out of eco mode because man I am never lacking for get up and go power. I can’t even use all 485HP. 5. Did you do the midmuffler delete cause that shit is loud and angry af... AND IF YOU DONT LIKE THAT then there is always the resonator delete. 6. Mods.... find a supercharger that works with the shaker and boom faster than a hellcat...

I'm all for classic but its something that must change a bit besides the monochrome badge nothing on the car is that gun metal grey / aluminum color so for me it throws the color scheme off. But it did grow on me can't lie. And as far as me driving in eco mode thats funny as hell. I been driving, racing and building race cars since the tender illegal age of 16 I think i know how to get out of eco mode lol. But you're right if I wanted more I should of bought a hellcat. To keep value of limited edition cars you dont want to do too much to keep the cars value first off. And if you'd watched any of the other videos you'd see I got my caliber painted along with a list of other things big homie. And badging have nothing to do with insurance the power and cost of the vehicle does. Other wise they wouldnt badge majority of the car in srt then just put rt on the grille. They did that to separate the new flagship hellcats from scatpacks and lower. And far as insurance 485 gets better insurance than 707hp a 70 to 80k vehicle vs 30 to 50k your insurance will be better with the 30 to 50k vehicle. But clearly you're missing the point the point of the video is what I dont like Me big homie not my audience. But fasho thanks for watching.
