Nicely done guys! Really enjoy these FPV videos you put together. The b-roll at 2:13 is great (love that stuff)...Yep, waterfall dive is on my bucket list as well. Just nothing near me that I can give it a try (it's on my list though). Nicely done on those cliff-dives Stephen! I'm right there with ya..no matter how much I fly, I know there's a crash just around the corner. I'm guessing a few more repairs will be needed after landing in all that wet snow (unless you've been waterproofing your components). Keep up the great work guys....Loving the content your doing! 👍👍👍

FPV is super rewarding but it's such a learning curve in multiple directions. Simply flying up and down a field feels so rewarding when you spent a day building, soldering, and configuring the drone and it actually WORKS at the end! It's great to see your journey into the hobby.🤙also actually utilising it to capture amazing video. PS you don't improve without crashing, it's all part of the game.

Hi Stephen... Enjoyed this video. The FPV world is quite tempting, but I'll hold for a while. Like what the Cinewoop can capture. As SoCal is still in lockdown, flying my DJI drone is out of the question. So I bought a couple of microdrones (quads; no FPV functions), that I can fly indoors. Finding that these micro drones can move quite quickly around indoor space, requiring a quicker response time on my part. Think I've crashed these more times than I'd like to admit. But its part of the drone world. With no GPS function, and only an internal (electronic) gyro, it really is up to the pilot/operator to control/manipulate the drone. Sharpens the skill levels, similar to an FVP drone. Look forward to more TMS videos in the coming year.

I like that you use the EV800D box goggles, they have a great field of view and the receivers on them are actually pretty decent (better than the Fatshark Scout box goggles I would argue). If you want to upgrade but still use box goggles you might want to check out Skyzone's new Cobra X goggles, although their FOV is not quite as big as the EV800D's, they have a bigger FOV than any binocular style goggles, HD display, and a very good diversity receiver (which can be swapped out for other receiver modules).

Saw your fpv vid last year too was fun, cool that you stuck with it this hobby is a lifestyle 😀. Fpv feed dvr in your vid has serious vibrations going on dude, tune needs some work there, I don’t think the mounting situation you setup on your GoPro is helping with the vibes dude you want a more rigid mount or you’ll get lots of vibration which is making it way hard for you to fly. Don’t want to sound like a keyboard worrier, just helpful tip hopefully. Nice video, keep flying man 👏🏻👏🏻

That's Harder than you think
@juliusvincentevers Жыл бұрын
@@willbachman5919 I recon, but my experience would suggest better balanced props (motors) and maybe look at the mounting of the cam?! Put some small rubber washers between, normally the props should already fix that.
@shaneridge95573 жыл бұрын
Looks like a lot of jello in your DVR feed, something on the drone is causing extra vibrations possibly a loose screw or antenna, try checking every screw on the drone for any loose ones. It's also possible the sensor inside the camera is loose or a screw holding the camera to the frame. Getting rid of bad vibes should clean up your video and help the quad fly smoother
