I like your channel and appreciate the focused / thorough content. It’s a cool space ship green screen back drop but I feel like the view outside the window should be moving a bit! Thanks for your videos 🙏

Mike....I subd to Your Channel.....well....because my Favorite singer in High School was Mike Reno of Loverboy...so it was a homage to Him. Then when I started watching Your vids and I began to learn more and more about music and how to...in and outs ....and started to appreciate the Creation of 🎶more and more. I have no ideas except I love tutorials.....even if I dont have much Gear.....I love the process of Creating. Lastly......Your Channel is GREAT!!!

Thanks so much. That's really interesting why you subscribed. I guess it supports what I said in the video - we all subscribed to channels for different reasons, and it's no indication of really how invested someone is, just that it feels right at the time. Glad it has been worth it; that you've enjoyed and l learned some things! ✨🪐

Always enjoy your videos. Keep doing what you’re doing. I like the different types of videos, keeps the content unexpected and interesting….. Love the jams the best… after all it’s all about the tunes!

Cheers PK! The variety keeps things interesting for me to make as well - but yeah, ultimately it's all about the music! ✨🪐

I do try to leave a comment but I never know what to say. I recently finished a project I had to write a lot of text for and I was surprised by how much effort it took to write in a clear and concise manner. I can imagine you have to spend quite some time on writing the script for a video like this.

Thanks Doechel. Yeah, I think writing is a massively under-used skill these days. I appreciate your comment sir! When I'm commenting on another person's video I try to write about what I learned from them - summarising how their stuff impacted me directly. The process of writing forces me to think things through further and adds even more opportunities for learning. ✨🪐

Soz I missed the live. I have just managed to get my first vid up on here only took 6hrs to upload. I may have said how slow my main internet is.

Congrats FfanitTech! Good luck on your KZbin mission. Hopefully you'll enjoy the experience despite all the hard work it takes. ✨🪐

@@MikeRenoufyeah I think I'm going to, I've started another pattern a lot slower, so just thinking about the arrangements of the variations. I wasn't 100% happy with the crazyness of the delay on the first one. There were a few other things too but I wanted it to be like a live recording so once I finished it, I uploaded it 🤷🏼♂️. I'm going to try and work out how to record it live straight to here, rather than move to the pc then upload.. Good explanations once again pal, 👌🏻

@@FfanitTech I've found that repetition is key. Make more stuff. Make it quickly. Do your best for each piece/video, but once you've done it, just go and put it live and work on something new. Working one piece for days and days and then getting tired of the sound of my own work tends to lead me to feeling negative. At least, that works for me!

@@MikeRenouf I tried to do a live stream last night, but it turns out I need 50 subs to be able to 🤷🏼♂️. I'm working on it 🤭. I rejigged my TR and looper last night, so the looper is in charge , so I plan to get my head around that. And I think I need to do something with my interface to get the line outs working 🤦🏼♂️. BUT I will get there, hopefully sooner rather than later. Maybe by then I'll have the subs to go live from my phone 🤞🏻.

100% no offense, but I feel like my "character" or voice is very dry and monotone a bit like yours. My videos always come off instructional and serious, but I wish they were funny, playful, and goofy because those are the talikng videos i enjoy most. Unfortunately, I dont know how to not come off seriously. 😢
@MikeRenouf7 ай бұрын
No offense taken! - yeah this is something I have to work on. Getting past the technical hurdles of how to script, shoot and edit a video like this is one thing, but learning to deliver it in a lighter and more engaging way is yet another challenge i have to work through! Practise, practise, practise... I appear about 80% less lively than I actual feel when on camera - that's another lesson to take from the time on YT!

@@MikeRenoufGet in the habit of acting like your talking to kids. Like record a some lines your normal way then keep going over it until its more fun.
