Lot of pessimism in the comments, I’ve read all of Richard Bransons books, the guy he is referencing. He essentially frontloaded all his work in effort in the first half of his life and now franchises his brand to other companies he aligns with. Props to Helen but Helen wouldn’t have a job unless Richard spent countless hours and years building his companies and brand. Once you’ve made it you can hire people to do your work for you to “buy back your time”.
