Once upon a time, Christianity was seen as a new age movement by the ppl.. Now, the religion of Christianity has over 40,000 different denominations in its family; Each interprets the bible differently. You should be debunking or exposing that instead of canibalizing ppl who do not conform to your belief system or SYSTEMS. In short, there is nothing spiritual about Christianity. On the other hand, Indigenous ppl are not of any new age belief. They have lived on and respected Mother Earth for millions of years. Not everyone needs to own a Bible or adopt Christian beliefs. Being in alignment with unconditional love is key. Being out of alignment with unconditional love (missing the mark)separates you from God’s protection; there in lies the true meaning of sin.

@ Christian was not considered a “new age movement” at its inception. That is the New Thought propaganda that has no basis in history. Ascribing the words and ideas of Gnostics in 2nd and 3rd century to primitive Christianity is historical revisionism. Also, 40,000 denominations claim fails to consider that while there differences the essentials of the faith rooted in Scripture (Deity of Christ, Trinity, death burial and resurrection, etc.) are commonplace. That does not mean we do not the discuss the differences (mode of baptism, eschatology, etc.) but those are secondary and tertiary issues. There is more that unites us.

Both sides are fighting over words. That's why in Christianity the belief in God is by faith, Can anyone prove for certain that the words in the bible are all true? I don't think so; we accept them by faith. we have a bunch of ancient writings that cohere within the system and those that don't are rejected (the apocryphal books). We claim the accepted ones are inspired, that's an act of faith. Faith is what makes us believe in God, the coherence of the word only helps.

Paul Wallis is a huge problem. Billy Carson fortifies his erroneous and heretical framework of the Bible based on his input from Paul Wallis. Paul is not a real Bible teacher. Christian faith does not simple make a position presentation of biblical theology but also refutes those who oppose it, particularly pastors. He must hold firm to the trustworthy word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction in sound doctrine and also to rebuke those who contradict it. (Titus 1:9 ESVi)
@MySperrytop5 сағат бұрын
I feel sorry for many of you. Just as Billy has misrepresented or misquoted several things, Wes Huff has also twisted the truth about many topics. The problem is, none of you seem to recognize this. Why? Because you don't know the facts, nor do you fact-check these individuals before praising them. How many of you have actually fact-checked what this host has claimed? All of you? Some of you? None of you? As the saying goes, "If you live in a glass house, don't throw stones." 🏡💔 I was raised in Christianity and still appreciate the lessons found in the Bible. 📖 However, I noticed inconsistencies in the Bible before I turned ten. As an adult, those anomalies are even more apparent to me, and I often wonder why I can see them when others cannot. I stopped reading the Bible as merely a book about the true creator-because much of it isn't-and began to see it as a novel or a source of inspiration, as there are valuable lessons to glean from it. ✨ I've been following Rev. Paul Wallis for some time and was introduced to Billy Carson, whom I questioned on several points and felt the need to fact-check (Hold Your Horses, Billy! 🐴). I wasn’t aware of who Wes Huff was until that unfortunate conversation between him and Billy, where Bill struggled to explain himself clearly. This exemplifies my point about people not fact-checking information shared by others and instead declaring it as truth without verification. ❌ Since I didn’t know who Wes Huff was, I thought it was fair to learn about him and his work. I started by watching his conversation with Billy. After viewing it, I noticed that Wes didn’t exactly tell the truth on several matters, which prompted me to binge-watch many of his videos. I found several misleading claims he presented as facts. In short, like Billy, Wes is also misrepresenting information that many of you may not even realize simply because you haven’t done your homework. 📚 I know many of you won’t take the time to do any research, so let me give you a hint. When Billy stated that many ancient texts are quoted word for word in the Bible, that is a lie. Some texts are vaguely similar, but Wes claimed he couldn't see a correlation between the ancient texts and the Bible, which is also incorrect. There are connections, but you wouldn’t know that unless you've read the ancient texts. How many of you have? 🤔 You should refrain from claiming something is true or isn’t true unless you’ve verified it for yourself, and I bet most of you haven’t. ✔I've given you one hint, there are more, go figure them out for yourself. Go read the bible as a novel and not a book about the creator; you will find the anomalies. They are as clear as day. If a child could see it, why can't you as an adult!? Your Eyes Are Useless When Your Mind Is Blind... Eyes Wide Shut!!
