The restaurants were Menya Sho Honten and 麺屋翔 みそ処 -Menya Sho Misodokoro-, both on the same street about 3 blocks apart.

She seems a lot more comfortable in this episode than the last. Finding her stride and hosting with more confidence. I just had ramen for dinner, so this was good to watch while eating.

She's awkward, but good looking

Stephanie has a cute accent. Had a chance to try 3 different types of ramen while in Tokyo three weeks ago and one of them is the chicken soup ramen from Menya Sho in this video. Definitely has a very distinctive flavor and is very good. My favorite is hands down Tsukemen Gonokami though, a must try in Shinjuku.

Like your content! Interesting places and good recommendations. But the videos really need map links for the restaurants. This one didn't even have the name banners for the restaurants that your videos some time have.

Stephanie In America we finish the broth off and leave the bowl empty But I heard in Japan that you leave the broth and only eat the topping and noodles, is this True?
@JapanbyFoodАй бұрын
In Japan, it’s more common to *not* drink the broth, but it’s also okay to do so if you really want to!
