I wonder if it's at all possible to do a total seller backed finance deal without having any assets to borrow against yourself. If a seller gets wind you're leveraging against them completely wth no risk to you and they pull the plug last minute, that's a lot of wasted energy and time.

Why should your personal risk factor make any difference to the sellers? As long as they get their money, they shouldn't care where it comes from

this is EXACTLY the method to use if you don't have a business with assets!
