That's definitely possible lol, at least you eventually made it ;)

Accurate finger tricks are the most important thing imo, but this is still a AWSOME video, thanks for sharing

Cool, also do you think the future of square-1 will be 3 step solutions? (CSP, OBL, PBL) Cuz it seems to me like it’s going in that direction
@akal4ce4 жыл бұрын
the future is CS- F2B at once-Pll+1

I think we're quite far from optimizing that , OBL needs to be predicted during inspection and PBL has to be full alg and none of those have been accomplished yet. Seems hard but doable though!
@andrewtan8814 жыл бұрын
@Cube Master I see, so 2-look solutions might be possible in future albeit not so soon

I’ve been doing squan since March but I can get past the 45 second mark. I just can’t turn it fast enough. Do you have any advice?
@CubeMasterYT4 жыл бұрын
I would watch my 100+ Square-1 Tips video for ways to be more efficient and the 20+ fingertricks video for turning faster. Make sure you are alternating most of your turns and making algs regripless and using those fingertricks inbetween :)

hi, i have 2 questions: 1: can i lube a sq1 like i would lube a 3x3(without dissasembling)? LIke opening a gap between corner and edge and putting a drop of lube in there? 2: can i lube a square 1 with a water based lube(Like Dnm 37) or would that make the cubes springs rust or anything like that? Thanks
@412cuber10 ай бұрын
Yes you can
@lucas_lb_cube2 жыл бұрын
It's crazy that world class times are the same for Square-1 and 3x3 while most everyone says Square-1 is much harder.
@CubeMasterYT2 жыл бұрын
Square-1 should have less combinations, just different turning and CS looks harder

As I mentioned in the video, I was trying to analyze the top 5 Square-1ers in average, and he isn't quite there yet. However, he does do quite a lot of interesting PBL stuff I could definitely learn from, but just not for this video :)
