"It's better to be consistently good, rather than occasionally great" - Ever since you started saying this quote in the videos it has just been popping into my head daily. Paired with Go one more and 1% better, it's a true growth mindset that keeps you going every day!

But beyond that its a culmination of all the one mores you had to do to reach this level of success. Its humbling seeing your growth as an individual and as a business man and now as a family man. Nick you have inspired me to do "one more" but the difference is that I'm a 69 year old woman who discovered endurance sport in her 50s! Ive been following since 2014 or so, have been lucky finding the right people on KZbin who can lead by example and make a difference in peoples lives. Funny to think 7-8 years of this and i'm still coming back not only for the banging products that BPN produces but the wholesomeness of the brand, and the words of Nick Bare. I personally consider Nick and all of his content as an indirect mentorship. Just coming back on and seeing what you have done is amazing! I have gained 40lbs back and coming across your videos is motivational.
