Nick you have inspired me to do "one more" but the difference is that I'm a 69 year old woman who discovered endurance sport in her 50s! Ive been following since 2014 or so, have been lucky finding the right people on KZbin who can lead by example and make a difference in peoples lives. Funny to think 7-8 years of this and i'm still coming back not only for the banging products that BPN produces but the wholesomeness of the brand, and the words of Nick Bare. I personally consider Nick and all of his content as an indirect mentorship.
