Your incredible physical shape helped you from not getting seriously injured. You motivate me even at 58 years(female veteran.) Chiropractic adjustment are that accident needed.

Nobody has to run, they choose to run. There are infinite ways to achieve a sense of accomplishment in life and to get fit. You choose your method to be running, but it is still a choice. By saying it is not a choice you are in effect admitting that you have no control over yourself or your life. It’s great that you are able to run, because many are not, but don’t hide behind “I have to” for anything, that is a cop out.

I burnt my leg on a quad when I was in high school. I didn't go to the emergency room, and ended up making the mistake of putting toilet paper on it. I learned the hard way you don't want to use an absorbent material on an open wound because chances are you'll have to tear it off and open it back up to apply new dressings.

Thank you for sharing. My youngest is a distance runner. And he follows you. And of course I watch you also. And I over the years have bugged him about making himself more visible. So I really appreciate what you had to say here. And I hope you're doing well and I hope you're recovered. And again thank you.

Wait you got a wife to do the family stuff. Literally that's what she does. Also, I ran for years. No longer need to run. Walking works.

No! You are wrong. There is no good reason to jog or run 100 miles. What is the purpose other than to say that you did it. Running 3 to 10 miles is good enough.

25:27 I love this Nick. You ability to just be straight forward. No matter if you never ran another race again I’ll still be here watching the journey. You’ve inspired me for the past 7 years to keep the consistency. Can’t wait to see the ranch unfold and what the new HQ looks like. Proud to be a small part of this community.

Nick loves spending money that's for sure. Closes on a house to live in the for the foreseeable future but also buys a ranch to completely renovate and build a barndomium.
