How do you suggest to break into PE field as a intern/ freshgraduate? How should i prep or find small PE boutiques?

You would be surprised how many boutique PE and IB firms there are. I would start by doing some research on LinkedIn and start doing some cold email outreach. For prep I would look at the 400 Mergers and Inquisitions questions (same as IB prep)!
