I’m a little over a week post op top surgery and seven months on T. My favorite things so far are the confidence I’ve had in my self since T. And it’s only been a week post op, but seeing how flat I am is amazing. And when I put my hand on my chest I can feel my heart beating and it’s amazing. I hope you get to experience all of it soon

Great video! Your excitement is contagious. also i am a little over five months post-top surgery. some of my favorite things: when my dog puts her head on my bare chest, the first time post-op i put my hand over my heart and felt my heart beating. some things i'm still looking forward to and haven't experienced yet: taking a walk shirtless, standing shirtless in the rain in terms of hormones, i am hoping that my Adam's apple will become more pronounced. (There are tons more both that have happened and/or that I want to happen, but I'll just stop my list here) :)

Such a sincere video :D Made me want to share to. I guess what I mostly look forward to atm is to be proud of being hairy, you know not feeling guilty for not shaving and displaying hair in public. Shirtless and hairy, that's the way!

I'm looking forward to waking up naked and only having to pull on pj pants to be decent to go to the bathroom in front of my room mates. I'm looking forward to the simplicity of pulling JUST a t-shirt over my head. To just be able to put on a shirt and feel it all down the front, collar bones to navel, the whole way. I'm looking forward to brushing crumbs and dirt off my shirt without having to mime a hat-less, upside-down 5.

my really weird trans masculine future plans: Buying one of those razor knives and looking very distinguished using it stroking my beard when in deep thought or just randomly People calling me "sir" singing with my deep voice, preferably something like Johnny Cash going to the gym shirtless (in general taking my shirt off at any given time) JAWLINE More defined muscles going to the beach looking fly

Noah Hella perhaps film your reactions getting the call or after the phone call, to see how excited you'll be, and perhaps explain what you've been though to get to this point and compare how you felt when you got on journey and how you feel now ☺ just a few ideas ☺

I'm non-binary and never liked my breasts, nor wearing bras or bikini tops. In the past couple of years, with the end of my puberty, my confidence grew and now I'm almost always going topless when swimming, as well as trying to go topless in general as often as I can. Also, when I happen to wear a bra, I'm only wearing sport bustiers (I just love how flat they make my chest look^^) I'm really lucky to live in germany, but even here my freedom is limited and I also really REALLY want a flat chest. I might get a surgery in the future.

better late than never right :) you probably heard that a 1000 times.. and I can relate.. sometimes i think about all the experiences i didnt have to miss if i transitioned ealier.. but then again i wouldnt be the person i am today (which is a cliche and it also rhymes haha). But with the experiences i did have, i can help people who are in similar situations :) and hopefully make this world a bit less shitty! anyways, im so proud of you that you are taking the steps to become who you really are

Ik snap je situatie niet helemaal, dus als je het niet erg vind, ga ik je een vraag stellen. Voor mijn gevoel lijkt het net of je in de fase tussen je oorspronkelijke geslacht en nieuwe geslacht bent. Dus ben je nou echt non-binair of wordt je transgender (dus jongen)? En voel je je nog meisje of wil je je zo nog voelen, of wil je daar helemaal vanaf? Ik zou het heel leuk vinden als je kan antwoorden, want ik vind je een leuk persoon!

Tyler M Hi Alex :) yeah that's possible! You need to go through the whole diagnosis phase (therapist sessions) and after that one year of "the real life phase" in which you live open as your preferred gender. So the VU knows you really want top surgery etc. I'm not sure if other clinics work differently but it's worth checking out! - Noah

Tyler M yeah I know.. my #1 reason to hate the health care system in the Netherlands.. either tonight or tomorrow! :) and yeah, what can help if you want to figure out if T en top surgery is something for you, is to go to dara Hoffmans channel. They are a gender therapist (also non binary) and have great resources! :)
