Honestly bravo!! Your mindset is great I'm so proud of you and so inspired at the same time! Keep it up and love yourself every step of the way, weight loss is a journey and a difficult one, even if you have a meal(s)/day(s) off just bounce back it is absolutely fine and happens to all of us. Hope you have an amazing time on your holiday as well xx

Hey Rachel I think you’re doing amazing I just have a couple of tips for you-when doing squats, try not to butt wink at the top and focus on making your knees and 90° angle so you achieve more depth before progressing with higher weights. Also, for RDLS make sure to keep your head down so that your spine remains neutral and when you’re coming back up, imagine that your feet are stuck to the floor so you really pull up with your lower body rather than your upper body. Kickbacks, try and keep your hips square to the floor and lean forward a bit more with your head down, don’t focus on cooking as far back as possible and keep the movement slow and controlled, when you start take a step back so you have more room. You’re honestly doing amazing, pre-workout is unhelpful as it just results in a spike of energy and after this passes you can feel very exhausted and you don’t want to become reliant on it for heavy lifts, creatine is not great for weight loss as it holds onto water in your body x

1. Sugar cravings last around 20-30 minutes, so distract yourself by putting your mind somewhere else, ie. Clean your room. With time cravings will get easier to manage. 2. Motivation is like that shitty cousin, comes and goes whenever it pleases. Motivation is very unreliable, so we rely on consistency, discipline and habit instead. 3. Break your big goals into smaller weekly goals. Monitor your progress! 4. Start with small workouts and increase it every couple of weeks. That way it will become a habit quicker and you will stick to it. 5. Mediocre people lead mediocre lives! You will achieve great goals in live if you do more than what is expected of you.

Love your motivation! Protein snacks are amazing and help the journey to his your target. A good rule of thumb for yogurts is make sure there is more protein than sugar! Or just get plain greek yogurt high in protein and no sugar and just add in something to flavor it.

you don't need to have pre workout, it just usually gives you more energy & "pump" you basically feel like you can lift anything 🤣 it does make you feel super itchy depending which one, they're good to use for weight sessions. Creatine is good to take if you can't see anymore result like you've just got to where you want to be but you want to achieve more with your body 😘

You need to eat more calories than that, it will get very hard for you to keep up with the workouts otherwise. 1600 calories is enough if all you do is lay in bed all day, you will loose half a kilo in a weak by doing that. But if you’re working out and doing your daily activities you need to eat a lot more than that. You shouldn’t loose more than half a kilo a weak. Weight loss like that is very hard to maintain. Obviously people watch this video at own risk but no one should encourage to eat this little, especially not when you’re working out as well. Be careful, take care of yourself, be patience, let it take time and you will maintain. 💕

I would get a Fitbit just as another tool to help you, if you think that it could make you become obsessive then I wouldn’t. Also I think if you are going to the gym consistently on your own then I wouldn’t take pre-workout. Again it’s another “tool” or supplement that I wish I would have avoided in my weight loss journey because I became dependent on it. Creatine on the other hand is the highest researched supplement, so I would utilize that if you were going to add or incorporate anything else into what you are already doing and talk to your PT about it. Great job on your progress, I have lost 100 pounds and it’s very hard and very easy all in the same journey! From your video it sounds like you are enjoying the process and not getting carried away with it and that is what is most important! It’s a marathon, not a sprint!! Sending you lots of encouragement and support! ✨

If you know your going out for tea on the weekend just give yourself a “higher calorie day” so every day throughout the week save yourself 50-100 calories per day, then on the Saturday or whatever day your out you can have your daily cals and all the left over cals that you’ve saved throughout the week, this way your still in a deficit and able to enjoy yourself x

Deffo don’t get fixated on scale numbers. However you won’t gain weight from it being muscle as you aren’t eating enough for that.. it could be water weight. Anything. But overall the scales should be going down and the odd week etc it’ll stay same for whatever reason. You need to be eating a lot lot more to build muscle xxxx

As somebody who has been on constant diets since the age of 16 in the last 18 months I have found that my mindset to a healthy lifestyle has changed and the way you talk is so encouraging and you really do send out all the right messages. You can live a healthy lifestyle, have fun, enjoy life without having to hate your body. I love how positive you are and you have the best energy. 🥰🦋👟💦❤️ A quote you might like is “Comparison is the thief of all joy” … a little reminder that none of us should compare our own journeys to others… just like flowers we all bloom in different enviroments and at different times of the year 🌸🌼🌺 Keep it up Rach! xx

hi! creatine will hold water in your muscles - it makes them appear larger - but, i'd say if your goal is weight loss, i wouldn't take it as this obviously increases your water weight. i would maybe look into this after you hit your goal weight, if you then want to focus on muscle gain. pre-workout helps with fatigue in your workouts, and will help you lift heavier, but it's a LOT of caffeine, so wouldn't really recommend if you have bad anxiety.

@@graciemae1695 yes of course you do. But not in a calorie deficit you don’t build muscle as you aren’t eating enough for that. So Rachel won’t be gaining muscle yet as she’s in low calories. You need to eat a lot more to gain muscle. So just saying she won’t be gaining muscle weight right now x
