Lots awesome advice. I had a cleaning service for 17 years and someone once told me focus on helping people and the bottom line will grow on its own and it did. Please move your language from “man” to person. Your advice about health is spot on and caused me to shut down at a financially free spot, but not financially shareable one. Any recommendations on how I would price my first big AP complex I wasn’t expecting to get bids this big right of the bat it’s 143 units in 12 building in Northern California. And I wasn’t sure if flats rate per building or if price per square foot would be a better option and if so what is a standard price I see .25-.60 for a lot of residential but I’m lost and could use help from people better than myself! I it really depends on the climate you’re in. I plan on getting a carport built. But yes, they can be kept outside.
