How do you get around the regulations around having to track hours and have an hourly rate you pay employees? I know mike andes has a base pay per hour and tracks that by the pay period. Do you do that same thing or is it treated differently

The biggest problem now, is so many people are doing pressure washing. When i started 12 years ago there were 15 companies that were operating, now there are 65 that are legit and god only knows how many fly-by-nighters. You are way better off at buying an existing company as people age and retire from the industry. The customer acquisition costs are so high now that it only makes sense to hit the ground running with a dedicated clientele and a high google rating for your business. To start from scratch now is a joke, you will be knocking on doors and people will be like "oh i've had four people come by asking me the same recently" and you will come to realize that only an expensive Google adwords campaign will get you clients. It will be your largest expense after paying yourself. So many people come into this industry thinking it's all super easy because they can use a pressure washer. That doesn't begin to scratch the surface of what it takes to do well and don't believe all the ads you read about it being anything but what I have said I have 2000 clients and 12 years of building a business from scratch and I wouldn't do it the same way again if I had the chance.

I've been in pressure washing business since 1982. It the unexperienced like those depicted in this video that makes it bad for those of us that do the job right. Always have insurance. Be prepared.

...What kind of "professional" invites others to nop only fuck up their lawn with chlorine but also fuck up the masonry with the same product...? Most people wouldn't take the measures to avoid that those side effects, even if you do.

So where does all the bleach end up after you finish cleaning? Does it go into the sewer system, or do you hose it all on to his lawn? It seems very toxic for the environment.😢

Could you make a video about your water tank or wrenching tank your soft wash tank and how you use it how you do the mixing and also using degreaser and soaps in a tank and how those work do you have to mix it or does it draw straight out of adrum or a case or a bottle?
@joonashannila87518 күн бұрын
You can see the bottoms of those trees are wet.. Isn't that strong enough to potentially kill those or the grass? Also strong enough to be harmful to animals, if people don't know what they're doing.
