Hi Lindsey - I had never read Emily Henry, and because of your recommendation, I picked it up. Boy - you were right! It was soooo good! It was a fast read and I look forward to reading other books by her. I wanted to read Just for the Summer also, but I started Part of Your World, so I could read the series in order. I am really loving that one too.

Omg! I'm SO excited to hear that you read & Beach Read! I hope you loved it as much as I did! Yes! SO GOOD & such a quick read - I flew through it! The book club is currently in week 2 of Book Lovers 🥰 Part of Your World was great - that's the only Abby Jimenez I've gotten to yet but I plan on reading a ton by her! 💕

I read assassins blade first and I’m so glad I did! It set the foundation for the series and allowed me to understand celaena and Sam as characters … BUT if I was to re-read ToG I would totally read it third 🥰

Really want to read Heavenly Bodies and Gild! Currently wrapping up Flawless by Elsie Silver and loving it. And then onto Yours Truly. I just bought a book today at B&N called Chasing Shadows by Greg Skomal and it reminded me of you. It's a nonfiction about Great White Sharks and I believe it talks about Cape Cod! I also love sharks. They're terrifying, but amazing! 😄 Another great video! ☀️🥰

OMG I LOVE GREG SKOMAL!! I've actually seen the Ocearch working off the Cape when I've been there - fascinating! My kids always jump in waist deep at Race Point Beach when it's warm enough & I'm internally FREAKING out the whole time! 😬 In the Cape Cod video I posted, we went to Race Point & I showed the great white signs that are posted everywhere. I literally just grabbed Chasing Shadows for my kindle! Thank you so much for the recommendation! 🦈

I showed them to my husband and we thought they were so cool! I'd probably just put my feet in 😄. So happy they're just warning the people rather than trying to get rid of the sharks there 🥰

Absolutely! There was a mayor a while back that suggesting a shark culling & that idea was quickly shot down, but then I think they thought about allowing the seals to be hunted because they are what attracts the sharks. Nothing has been done yet but it always makes me nervous when there's an encounter in the Cape ☹️

Lauren Roberts actually made a statement saying that they didn’t think people would want to buy a novella that was the same size as a full-length novel. Especially because it can be tandem read with Powerless

@@ReadingWheNeva yeah but why would the height of the novel change? SJM's novella: ACOFAS was still the same height. If anything the height of the novella is what is stopping me from buying a copy
