Our January-April colors are the exact same! May is a orchid purple for me, June is a teal, July is a deep blue, August is red, September is yellow, October is orange, November is dark brown, and December is dark green. Color coordination is the only special thing I do in my reading journal lol.

I absolutely loved the shadow and bone trilogy but if you don't, I'd say push through to read six of crows because that duology is a MASTERPIECE, it's SO GOOD AND SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL TRILOGY!!!

I have been watching booktube while cleaning out my Goodreads tbr lol. I have so many books on that list that I have no more interest in and so many not on it lol. I am also trying to figure out what on my tbr I can read on my kindle because I can get through it faster and easier than hard copies. Currently reading the Pern series, Freedom's Landing, Kim, Watership Down, and (very slowly) Atlas Shrugged. I'm in the middle of several others and have a few on deck, but those I am actively working on.

These violent delights was good but the sequel is wayyyy better in my opinion. The ending was amazing!! Your tbr looks so good there are so many of those I still need to read & I’m still pushing through off campus this month lol. I just picked up The Book Of Moods by Lauren Martin and it might be up your alley too! I think it’s a memoir & yes please book club!!! Doing it on the community page in the comments and stuff would be cool. Maybe like give us goals like read up to chapter 6 by the end of a week etc. you know way I’m saying? That way we don’t give each other spoilers and we can all stay on track & The live show at the end sounds super fun.

I read good girl complex the day it came out!! I really liked it. It was a bit more fluffy. The spice was 2/5 IF that but it’s a very easy comfortable read. I think people go into it with really high expectations, especially for spice but as long as you don’t have high expectations and you enjoy it for what it is you’ll like it(:

Omg, I’m also reading shadow and bone for March. I’m already on the second book though. If you’d let me give you some advice: go into it with stunted presuppositions, don’t expect an extraordinary fantasy trilogy, that way you’ll maybe end up liking it a bit more than if you had let the TikTok hype propagandize you.
