What I wish I had known before having my Redbubble work stolen (and how I reported it to Amazon)

On a dark and stormy morning, I found that many of my Redbubble designs had been stolen and were being sold on several products on Amazon! I also experience some people stealing my artwork.. But what I generally learned is that you shouldn't overspend your energy on thieves.

Maybe I'm still inexperienced in getting my work stolen, , so that's why I still care. Though after numerous times of filling out the report, I'm realizing that at some point, I may just have to let it go 😭 😭

Wow it looks far easier for the thieves to copy designs than it is to report them. Maybe it would help to put our brand name onto each design.

Yes! It's terrible. I thought about that too but I realized I was not as likely to buy something with a design that has a brand name on it, so it might be the same for how others would perceive it. Also, I know of some artists who have uploaded their designs with the brand name or a small signature, and their designs were still stolen. In some cases the thieves will remove the brand name or signature, but that's not always the case. I think I would hate the situation even more if something with my name or signature was produced and sold in very low quality, making it look like I am responsible for selling low-quality items. It's a bad situation overall. :(

Just happened to me. The form was rejected like 7 times before they even accepted it! It's a pain in the ass. It also has been 5 days and they have done nothing.

Report it to them and they don't care ay all and their watermark system is broken.
