This interview has been truly inspiring. I’ve gained so much insight, especially about the importance of stewardship and spirituality in leadership. One key takeaway is to instill life principles in your team-not just sell products, but support them in becoming better individuals, even in their personal relationships. Another profound thought is to consider: as an employer, would your name appear in their ‘heavenly records’? Since employees spend a significant amount of their lives at work, we should strive to be someone they can speak well of. In the end, true wealth is about leaving a lasting positive impact. Thank you Mr Kitaka for hosting Mr Grace. Wish you more success as you impact lives.
