This is a genuine comment not trying to be picky. I was sceptical to begin with about it but I thought that the point of the styling brush was that you didn’t have to use straighteners and that it was faster? I was going to buy it when I’d saved up my pennies but seeing that you’ve swapped between the two I’m now doubting how good it is.

Your period, the bleed, is the winter phase of the cycle; an inward, reflective phase. It’s no wonder you want to hide away in your dressing room, it’s biological. It’s not the best time to work out with your PT. All your body’s energy is going towards shedding the womb lining; rest is best. As for mood, there’s lots you can do, so many healing herbs + foods that can shift your mood for the better. I resolve women’s period/hormone problems; don’t needlessly suffer lovely. If not for you, work on it for people you love who bare the brunt of it. You deserve to have a positive period, you deserve to feel your best! Xx

Hi Lydia!! I love your videos. For low mood related to PMS you should definitely try progesterone cream...You can get it from the pharmacy without a prescription. You could try taking just on those days you feel off and see if you notice the difference. Love to your whole crew!!

Lydia, try evening primrose oil for your pms. It changed my life and I had it really bad! Take 1000mg just for the 1st month or 2 and then go down to 500mg. I promise you’ll feel and see a difference by your second month 💛

Flo this was before I learnt how to do the ends properly, it takes time to learn all the techniques of how to use it as it’s totally different to straighteners and I have been totally vocal about that from the word go! But now I’ve got it nailed!

awakeafter12 I felt brush is no better than ghd straightener I have used straightener and bought brush after watching these videos the results are better with straightener end of the day so why to buy extra brush . I have wavy hairs it took me long with brush than straighter. In one line straightener are quicker and better
