Hey Emma, the acronyms are in french, the M is for 'model' (which is actually similar in English, though we usually would say 'style' so 'Large Style or 'Large Model') - GM is Grand Model (grand in French means large, so Large Model) MM is Moyen Model (Medium Model) and PM is Petit Model (Small Model) love you!

Mine are a size EU40. I would say they are true to size but if you are a whole size then to size down as they are open toe 👍
