@3:35 when you hold the ball with your palm facing the ground looks actually worse for throwing the ball. It would take a lot of power away Since your hand now has to do a 180 degrees from that motion to the release of the ball. And every top tier nfl (Brady, Rodgers, Josh Allen, etc.) QB also keeps their elbows closer to the body not extended away from the body like that. They throw it more like a baseball. That has to be painful trying to throw like that all game..

My man!!! I think I’ve figured it out. My release point is so close to my damn head and the ball goes behind it. I’m thinking I should throw away from my ahead and keep my externally rotate away, correct? Gonna test this out tomorrow :) thanks

So I’m a small qb for my size but I can still only throw 20-25 yards at 14. I honestly have no clue what I’m doing wrong. I have watched countless of videos. Do you have any tips???
