2-3 sets. And reps vary between 8-15. What is more important is doing the exercises daily..

These can definitely be done 5-6 days a week. I wouldn’t push too hard when you are actually throwing

If you are still in puberty it could increase your height, if the lift is intense enough it could releaseHuman growth hormone aka the hormone that makes you grow
