Going by the MCU, Which time period? If he's sent around the time Steve and Bucky are born, he'd get found by either the Axis Powers or Allied Forces and brainwashed into fighting for them. This means either Hydra gets a walking WMD along with the Tesseract, or the Allies having two different powerhouse symbols working on defeating Hydra and sent into icy waters, or Cap living a tragic life while Goku gets to fight on the battlefield with everything brought out to the max (meaning he'd be like Black or Broly) and becomes the man out of time. If he's sent to Earth during the 70's or 80's (same age as Carol or Quill), then either he gets abducted back into space with Peter and Yondu and becomes part of the GOTG, or the Kree-Skrull war would've brought out another Alien case about Goku. He'd probably help out with the events of Captain Marvel then either join her and the Skrulls or stay on Earth as a S.H.I.E.L.D agent along with Fury and Coulson. He'd be there during the Incredible Hulk, leading to a quick dispatch *of* the Hulk in Brazil (meaning no Abomination or Harlem or even cure), then he'd show up to help out with Iron Man 2, then with Thor, and finally, he'd be there during the events of the Avengers, either stopping Loki before he gets the Tesseract or getting mind controlled by Loki and only being stopped during the invasion of New York by the whole Avengers team. Then there's the HYDRA problem... If he's sent to Earth around the same time Peter Parker was born, he'd get recruited along with Parker to join Tony in Civil War. The two of them would probably become fast friends and readily available allies, so any problems in Homecoming would've been reduced, and Peter would've contacted Goku to help during the fight with Ebony Maw and Cull Obsidian, but he'd arrive too late and have to team up with Wong and be part of the Wakanda battle. The hardest to figure out would be him being born during the 70 year gap due to how many directions it could go from being either a S.H.I.E.L.D Agent or living as a Ravager.

If we actually use logic, it would actually be pretty easy to defeat him. It wouldn't take long for people to realize they're immune to bullets so they'll start using bio weapons which can easily kill him. Now with the nuclear bomb, you didn't even consider the radiation that could potentially kill them or the heat it produces which reaches temperatures up to 100,000,000 degrees which is 7 times hotter than even the hottest part of the sun so the bomb would completely vaporize raditz as we see most characters in dragon ball can't survive being thrown into the sun like cooler in his first movie as he got vaporized when thrown into the sun. Not to mention, just a 1 megaton bomb can generate almost 3 million pounds of force and I doubt raditz even has that kind of lifting power so he could instantly get crushed. You're severely underestimating the power of nuclear bombs.

When raditz came to earth in DBZ he didn't even try to dodge the first attack against him and will likely underestimate humans again. A nuclear bomb would instantly vaporize him so he'd be dead before he can do anything. There is already poison that can kill you before you even have a chance to notice it and some that instantly renders you unconscious so he really won't be able to do anything.

Broku I'd have to bring up the argument that during the cell saga 16 was going to detonate the payload in his chest at point blank certain that it could kill perfect cell. A being far far more powerful then raditz level and even the z fighters feared they wouldn't be able to escape in time implying the blast might kill some of them and at this point even krillin was beyond raditz. So it makes me bring up the question, why wouldn't a current day nuclear payload not kill a raditz level foe, well a similar payload was able to concern and put fear of death into people hundreds of times stronger then raditz?

One thing is for certain; we most likely gonna end up losing half or 1/3 to 1/4(if we act quickly, and smart, without any bs... which i doubt that) of our planet before we manage to kill this or those Saiyans. brute fighting/combat force wouldn't help us at all; the average military forces(even the most advance) will get massacred beyond belief, mastering Chi(i highly doubt we could pull out a plvl of 200, let alone achieving a super-solder comparable to a Saiyan warrior.) or making Gundam-like mech-suit(which our current tech is nowhere close to pull that off) would take alot of time that we clearly wouldn't have, hek we would be lucky if the Saiyan or Saiyans decided to take it slow=basically, 2 or 3 months before they wipe every nation off the map. the best option would be to drop a dozen of nukes over their heads, which would clearly work considering: the extreme radiation, toxic chemicals which will be released on the air and heat which can reach up to temperatures up to 100,000,000 degrees which is 7 times hotter than even the hottest part of the sun. chemical and biological weapons would also work in this situation as well.
