Kevin Rivera He's still as great as ever. Less focused on the pre-written acted segment stuff like Assist Me nowadays though, and puts more time into streaming (as well as professional work like helping create trailers and the story mode for Killer Instinct). He does still make the acted stuff from time to time though, as that very much seems like a passion of his. And he did recently announce that Assist Me will make a return (I think next year), as well as a couple of other new video series, so the dood is keeping himself as busy as ever :).

Max is like the most growing FG channel now on KZbin. Others being the SF compilation channels like "THE BEAST". Anyway, subbed his channel since he started the 3rd strike World Warrior series (cause Max's channel was like the one the few channels that has content for 3s, other being P. Akuma) and also the legendary series, (U)MvC3 accompanied by the Assist me ⬇️↘️➡️ 👊 series. Max has been a known circle now in the FGC for years now when his channel started to develop. If his channel hits 1M, Holy Shawarma, he will be like the most known FG channel in KZbin and FGC. His popularity, is still growing. like many have already said, it has to be free or else cartoon network could sue, this type of game is called Freeware. its a program or game that would normally be found to violate copyright, but releasing it as freeware avoids any legal ramifications. another great example of this is the game Pycho Waluigi. its a really fun platformer with waluigi as the main character, made by fans that wanted to prove that waluigi could make a good main character for a game as well.

It can easily be argued this doesn't qualify as parody. And it also does not fall under fair use. That said, fan games are usually 100% legal until the copyright holder says otherwise. Unless it's trademarked, then they have to take it down, stupidly enough. AT is trademarked, too. So no remixing. Straight from the horse's mouth: "Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other web site or networked computer environment, or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited" www.cartoonnetwork.com/legal/trademark.html So, essentially the dev is only allowed to develop something like this only if it was a personal project only for his eyes and was also not for profit. Neither of these things are true, as he shares the game and has a patreon. The worst part is that since it's a trademark, CN is basically required to take things like this down at first sight if they want to hold their trademark. Someone else they sue who may _actually_ be infringing on their trademark can point to this fangame and say something like "how come they got away with it then, why are we being targeted?" and if they judge takes their side, CN may lose their trademark because of a backwards form of "abuse" and lack of action. It may be argued patreon is a separate entity and isn't making money from the game it's self, but even being non profit may prove to not be enough. Lastly, If CN were to try and take the game down they could argue that the nudity and suggestive themes of the game are ruining their image, as it's so professionally made it could be mistaken for official material.

This game has so much potential, the graphics are great, the animations are clean and smooth, the combat is very fun and responsive, there is so much that you could do with this game Mike, and i would love to see you make this a bigger game, it would be upsetting to see the game be short and rather small in it's finished state, I would pay for this game in a heartbeat if it costed money, can't wait to see what you do with the game man, i hope to see a bigger world and more area's to explore with more of a story to it, good luck man

I love the new updates. I didn't even mind that I couldn't port over my other save file. I'm still missing the upgrade achievement. I got all the costumes, stamina and health upgrades, I'm pretty sure I got all the skills. I'm playing the public beta and can't fight Ice Queen, so maybe that's why?

u should fix this but u can get endless dash by spamming right click and left click so every time u dash it resets your attack so if u click fast enough u can break the bubble with a normal sword

All the bright colors, vibrant environments and beautiful character models just makes me want to play it all the more.
