Just don't expect it to be tri AAA like in quality (not say it will be bad just don't hope for the moon) because it mike's first game of this size and complexity and only him and a bit of help from his friends (mostly amisakadarthana.tumblr.com) are doing the work. But it will likely be free :3 , it just the patreon supporters will try it out first.

There is so much awesome to point out so it's quicker to point out what I think could be improved. The life bars. The square block is very old school, witch is good if that's what you're aiming for for some reason. If not, experiment a bit with a few different stiles of life bars that aren't so lego. That said, the game looks fantastic!

Looks good. The battle needs a combo system or some sort of snap-to-enemies mechanic so the battle can be more fluid (like Bayonetta or Arkham City?) but I love the classic OoT style visuals with the Adventure Time world. It feels good to watch.

The combat continues to look incredibly awesome looking. So simple, and yet it looks utterly satisfying. Could I suggest a type of 'Witch Time' like in Bayonetta, where if you dodge at the last second time slows down for you? If it's not too much trouble anyway, I think it would really lend itself well to the high speed action you have in place.

I know that this is a lot to ask but I'll leave it here if you want a recommendation for gameplay: Have different attacks that make a different animation and different combinations between them to create COMBOS, for me in games like this if I can juggle a baddie with my skills I feel super awesome, for example play the free prototype of Indivisible and try to keep in the air some one for a long time, or for an easier reference, do it in Smash, just juggle, don't let him fall, yeah you can keep the same basic combo, but it will be repetitive fast, giving a sense later to the Deadpool game and it will become a button mash game, which it becomes super boring later. I don't know the usual combo that I love is to have an attack send a baddie into the air and immediately jump, attack him in the air, and if there is time have a final blow when falling. It would require more button pressing but that is the point, to create an easy to play but hard to master game. Also it would be fun to see a PARRY mechanic, but not being like "Batman Arkham" where you can spam it and win that easily, give it a long wait time if used incorrectly so if you fucked up, well sorry it was a dumb decision, but this used correctly would give a sense of fluidity in the fight and a sense of a skilled player, there is nothing more satisfying than getting through a lot of baddies in the field, fight them super fast and not loosing a single bit of life. As seen so far you are incredible man, and this looks AMAZING! for aesthetics its perfect. I'm just leaving my opinion as someone who has played a lot of these games and have thought of some things that can improve the experience.
