Like the people in the comments, I think Kazuha would’ve won cause lore-wise, he’s the only one who had the experience of having 2 visions, second of all, all he talks about in his voice lines are listening to the wind and how good he is at hearing everything going on in nature. He would also blend in really well and hear anyone if they were coming.

Unlike many people in the comments I think is very accurate for Ningg to win, basically for her intelligence, and also in the lore it has been indirectly mentioned that she is good at planning things and making alliances (like atracting Osial's wife with the Jade Chamber), and I think that even Kazuha would have been convinced by Ningguang to loose, but if thats not the case, then he would find a way to silently eliminate her, but of course because she has too many allias, it won't be easy and this will expose himself. Btw I though Rosaria or Kokomi would won... But anyways, as a Barbara main and ex Ningguang main, very accurate
