I think there's been a big plothole that you haven't even considered. Slaves on Tatooine have literal BOMBS inside them, to keep them from leaving the desert planet in the first palce. ( Just like with Suicide Squad having bombs inside their necks by Waller. ) Anyways, in the canon timeline. Since Anakin won the race and was freed. He finally got that nasty bomb removed before he left. BUT, since he sadly didn't win the race in this What If. And he ran away, I highly doubt that his bomb was removed by Watto? I wouldn't be surprised that when that Naboo Ship leaves Tatooine's atmosphere. Anakin's "stomach ache" will actually be that bomb activating, and he will blow up like a bloody watermelon. 😰

How did they depart in the ship? First of all, they bet the ship and they lost. Second of all, even if they hadn't bet the ship, they wouldn't have gotten the parts from Watto as they lost.

Well done, I enjoyed the what-if. My only complaint is that things felt a bit..rushed? Probably couldve been split into two parts or one longer video. Everything seems to go a little too well for Anakin, I expected a bit more pushback but I still enjoyed the idea regardless

What if Maul in season 7 not only saw a vision of Anakin turning and Sidious taking over but he also saw Ahsoka defeating him and capturing him.....Ohhhhh what would happen when Ahsoka shows up to get him?...Would Maul try asking her to join him but not bring up killing Anakin 😅lol he probably would fear her a little it would be interesting because he knows he is supposed to loose the fight 😂

The story is full of plotholes... 1. How did the Jedi & Padme escape in the first space ? They lost the ship neither would they get the Naboo ship nor the required parts. 2. Slaves on Tattoine have explosives inside them, how the hell would he escape in the first place. He would be blasted off. 3. Padme is one of the biggest advocates of the Republic, she wouldn't just standby and let Anakin do as he pleased. She was 5 years older and dominated Anakin mentally.

I must say that, while your opening of TPM has some plotholes, not to mention a bit of a plothole as to how Anakin would deal with the droid army (it seems that here, he killed Palpatine before learning that the Separatist council was on Mustafar, something he could have used to take out the greedy corporate leaders like Gunray, as well as send the shutdown command to the droid army, which would help his coalition.) Also, Anakin has another problem, Order 66 might backfire on him, if he gets too near the clones.) That said, this is one of the better reasoned fanfictions out there, as few seem to get that both the Jedi, Republic/Senate, and the Sith were horribly corrupted, and that, at least in the leadership of the confederacy, there were a bunch of corrupt corporate tycoons like Gunray as well. Anakin seems to be taking the Dooku route here (Dooku realized the Jedi and Republic were corrupt, but was naive or shortsighted enough to think that the Sith Palpatine would be any better, once the Empire was established.) Anakin here seems to have have figured it all out and seems like a hero/antihero figure (though, presumably, Palpatine's Order 66 and attack on the Temple, which, though issued by Palpatine., was known by Anakin, and allowed even the younglings to be killed). Still, few people seem to realize, when making these fanfictions, that Lucas intended for "balance to the Force" to mean, in a strange way, the defeat of both the corrupt Jedi and Sith Orders. Luke was supposed to create a new order that was not part of the corruption of the Jedi or Sith, but, sadly, the Disney Sequel Trilogy ruined that route entirely and even the Extended Universe/Legends didn't quite make Anakin the Chosen One either, as those like Sidious returned, Darth Caedus, and even One Sith kept the Sith around for about another century after the battle of endor.
