Anakin not being at the Battle of Naboo changes something else. Without Anakin, the Droid control ship would not be destroyed and the Gungans wiped out. Amidala would still capture the Viceroy and so still win the battle. But just a fun point.

For those saying Anakin wouldn't kill his mother, the dark side smothers guilt and twists emotions. Palps could play on the fact that she got free and left him. He would have to kill her because like Padme, she would never accept him. If he could choke Padme after mere hours with the dark side, he could kill his mother after over 5 years. Oh and also, a true Sith accept for Anakin taking a decade to become a master. So much for Yoda saying its easier unless you want to become merely a thuggish killer consumed by rage.

The dark side does corrupt and twist apparently in this world. It's not just a power to be used freely. There's a price to pay, which is why it takes true masters of control, like windu and revan to be able to "wear the cloak of darkness, but not be consumed by it". Anakin DID love padme'. Didn't stop him from killing her. So yeah, in a nutshell, you nailed it. It truly shows just how dangerous sith are, and how much of a sci-fi horror story this could have become....

This one his mom was freed but he wasnt ans spent many more years as a slave and seeing death all around him. With the proper sith training, it wouldnt be difficult for anakin to kill his mother to get more power because at the end of the day he just wanted power after being a sith.

I think you missed one important character in this story, Padme. Sure, they didn't meet at the event of TPM here, but Anakin would at least met her because of his fame or his connection to the chancellor. And it doesn't feel right not include her since she's the very reason he turn to the dark side. Maybe they would get love at first sight, and Padme slowly changing Anakin's view about what's right. Not just a straight forward "Anakin become the sith lord"

This is a fantastic video, Mr. Fantasy Folklore. Anakin's never being found would lead old Palp to have Anakin for himself and make him an absolute beast. I never expected the twist where Anakin went on killing his mother, but what a twist you pull. There is creative and brilliant writing for telling an excellent fanfiction story. I would love to see part two, where Vader forms his own dynasty and goes on to establish order for his rule. Terrific work, and no matter what happens, always believe in yourself and never give up or lose sight of who you are. You are unique, and people like you for it, and may the force be with you!

Dookus death I get. "Always two, there are. No more....no less...". But grievous wasn't a sith. He was just a general trained in jedi and sith lightsaber arts. He would have made a great grand moff, or an inquisitor, or even just kept his position as general among palpatines forces? Not going to lie. I'm not going to jump on the bandwagon of people saying shmi wouldn't die, because he's a lot more corrupted by the dark side in this story, & even with good still apparently being in him this whole time, it wasn't enough to stop him from killing padme..... But there is a few elements in this story that don't add up. Anakin was susceptible to emotions, and cocky. But he genuinely felt for people as well. That's why he wanted to free slaves. He was sick and tired of slavery in the galaxy, and I don't think just because he won podraces that'd make him basically forgo his humanity. It would have made more sense for Anakin to turn to characters like Jabba and palps out of desperation rather than a hatred thing. Anakin basically went with Palpatine in the original story, because of three reasons: 1. Qui-gon jinn died. 2. Anakin had a ridiculous amount of posessiveness for padme. 3. Palpatine played him like an instrument. He knew how to probe anakin by pitting him against the jedi, making him think his master was hitting on his wife (check out the deleted scenes. This is actually a thing 😳), and preyed upon his fears. You could have even had it that Palpatine himself orchestrated shmis death, and Palpatine spouted some garbage like "first slavery, now your mother. The new republic is aware of this y'know, & is SUPPOSED to fight for equal rights. Yet look at what happened, my poor boy. Y'know what can make this right though?" (Hands Anakin a red lightsaber). Something like that. Good idea overall I think. It's not the worst story i've read, though definitely a sad one. But I do reckon it feels a bit rough around the edges, & could use some rehashing and touch ups

First of all; Pentre Patrol had Anakin fall in love with a different character in his version and he helped support the Rebellion AFTER their child and friends were killed on Alderaan. I like his version better unfortunately. Second; I don’t think that Sidious would have been interested in pod racing as his taste are more into the Arts (culture, Opera, nightlife etc). So how he saw the name would be very questionable. Third; would love To hear a what if Anakin was never a Jedi/met Padme as you suggested 14:41 And Fourth my list of What if’s day 4; What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme, Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love? Now adding some new ones. Chewbacca was a Jedi and Han was his apprentice, Thrawn was a Jedi, Darth Nihulis’s mask resurfaced during the Clone Wars, the Rakhoul virus was brought back instead of the Blue Shadow Virus and finally, What if Luke and Mira Jada never married?

Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories. Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself. What if anakin was a jedi watchmen or wayfinder. What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia. What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance.

Also liked the part where Quigon cheated in cards..because they were bad people justifing it...that really highlights the fault of the Jedi. As a Star Wars lore enthusiast, here are some tips to create a "what if" scenario: If General Grievous were to be portrayed as a Republic spy, several aspects of the Star Wars story would need to be reimagined: Background and Motivation: Grievous's background as a Kaleesh warlord who was transformed into a cyborg general by Count Dooku would need to be altered. This was very good. Anakin never been discovered by the Jedi. It makes it easier for Anakin to succumb to the dark side. I would be down for a part 2. If Padme wasn’t killed during the purge perhaps Anakin would keep her as his personal slave. She’ll probably be very defiant to his orders and he’ll probably be hard on her but he’ll probably find her defiance enticing and interesting since no one dares to disobey him.
