I probably won't normally compile my fan fictions into one video and reupload them. I wanted to do this for this one because it is one of my favorite fan fictions I've done, but I also wanted to fix the audio. If you've watched the individual parts, you know what I mean.

That's what bugs me about the prequels sometimes. They can tell that this guy is having a negative influence on Anakin, so rather than send him away to help his master or his former Padawan they send him to spy on the guy.

@@StarWarsCorner it really bugs me that everyone gave up on him right away. If they had seperated him from sidious and Yoda had faced sidious sooner maybe alongside Anakin, he wouldn't have turned. (Or quite possibly let mace windu and Yoda deal with sidious while he and padme ran, he wouldn't have turned either)

It made sense, because the Jedi were far too detached from the people they needed to protect. In essence they might've seen what was happening, but didn't really have the experience to do anything about it. To them, every emotion was bad, every connection just as bad, since these things lead to the Dark Side. What didn't occur to them was that attachments and emotions were normal for anyone, but learning how to deal with the bad and embrace the good was what they should've been teaching.

Eventually when they have run out of the actual Star Wars time lines, i.e done shows and films and books on every single year and event, I am pretty sure they'll go back to the prequel trilogy and just change some major stuff and just start another time line. Might be in like a thousand years though.

In TV and Film media we have only really seen a 50 year time line, TPM to Last Jedi. 50 years is all we have seen on the big screen despite the franchise being around for 45 years. Darth Bane was almost a thousand years before The Phantom Menace, we haven't even got close to a show, movie or game about him or his era and most of the books we have are no longer canon. Hell. You look at the shows that are upcoming now. Ahsoka show, Obi-wan show, Mandalorian season 3, Andor show, Boba Fett show, The Bad Batch, literally all of these are yet again set in this 50 year time span despite the fact that the Star Wars galaxy went on for thousands of years before and after this 50 year span. You and I will both be long gone before they run out of content for this timeline.

There's actually a very good reason for either Anakin or Obi-Wan to stay put and help in the attack: Maul knows who Darth Sidious is. While the Jedi may not know this exactly for certain, it is a reasonable belief due to the Master-Apprentice dynamic they know the Sith practice. Therefore, capturing, interrogating and extracting this information out of him would be of paramount importance, requiring a Jedi of extreme caliber such as Obi-Wan and Anakin to be on site for the mission.

I like this, but I feel personally feel like Palpatine executes Order 66 just a little too early. I feel like he would have waited just a little bit longer to try and get the pieces he wanted in his hand (aka Anakin) before landing the final blow on the Jedi order, only realizing when they come to his office to arrest him that his plans must be moved up. He could still execute order 66 while the Jedi are in their office, right in front of the Jedi's very eyes even, but I feel like if he ordered Order 66 before they arrive to arrest him it just seems too out of the blue for him to do. He's a reactionary kind of fellow, only waiting for the right moment for him to strike and would only do any different if he was absolutely forced to.

@@caitlinlawrence1867 This is true but he is also a man who does his duty. His duty would be to train his children to protect the galaxy her brought peace to and to help guide the next generation. After the fall of Mace I would see Obi-wan taking his place as essentially 2nd in command of the order, and Anakin would have a place on the council for overcoming the temptations of the dark side. Why would he let go or turn away from the title he strove for, for so long? He has a reason to be happy. His children are born, his wife lives and the galaxy is at peace. No one is alive to manipulate him anymore and no one dare question his ability or authority save for the more senior members of the council. Its more logical in my mind that he would remain in the Jedi.

The amount of clones that would be stationed on Coruscant would eventually crush the 501st especially in the aftermath of the Battle of Coruscant. Reinforcements would have arrived well before Sidious's demise.

Ah but remember, the 501st was the Republic's most finest fighting force. Even with their reduced numbers as the 332nd company, they had a drive which would've made them hold on long enough. I will yield though, that it would've been more neck and neck between the 332nd and the combined force of the Courscant Guard and the 212th. But in my opinion, I believe they just would've been able to hold on and win the day.

The 501st while enslaved without being able to think freely took on the entire Jedi Temple. I imagine other clones, with limited thinking, would really be that much of a problem. Even more so within a building where numbers don't mean as much because you can bottle neck enemy troops ect.

@@darthraider7935 I've never considered whether Anakin should have been made a Chosen One. I think the reason I like the Chosen One prophecy is because it impacts him in a unique way. Most Chosen One characters struggle with the responsibility of saving the world, but Anakin is confident in himself, so the prophecy fuels his arrogance rather than makes him question if he can fulfil his destiny. I can see why the Chosen One prophecy seems unnecessary, but personally, I like having it in the movies.

This "What if" story was incredible. A new favorite. I do like the call back to Fives in this one as the final season had done, and the fact that they had the foresite to clear the 332nd company of their chips was a brilliant idea to fit into the what if plot. I do like how Yoda and Dooku reconiled and became friends again. Heck there was so much in here that I liked. This would really be a good what if to make into a separate movie, live action or animated.

I would like to see the “What If” scenarios played out in the Star Wars universe instead of Marvel. If you look on line, all the what if’s are always about Anakin Skywalker. He is a tragic hero, and Marvel doesn’t have such a character. That’s no slight on them, it’s just that when you learn Vader’s backstory, it totally changes how you view the character. Because of the nature of this character, these what if scenarios are always popular, and the creators like yourself, always tell a pretty good story. If Lucasfilm payed any attention to what their fans were up to, they’d be doing these what if’s on Disney Plus. It gives long time fans that are disappointed with the current direction of canon something else to hold on to. It’s time they admit what they’ve done kind of sucks, and the only way to make it any good is to fill in the back story. These what if’s are a great way to see it happen.

The only sense of incongruity I get from this is that Anakin and Ahsoka didn't bother telling the jedi temple about the true nature of the inhibitor chips. Not that the Jedi could've done much about said chips in that limited time, but the avoidance of a surprise attack would've been integral.

I've actually set up a timeline based on that question, specifically it was set in the Legends continuity rather than Canon, as I know the former better than the latter and I prefer it. One thing I really enjoyed about it was how things escalated in my version, as it basically magnified the Galactic Civil War into a three way conflict between a split Empire, one in service to Vader and the other in service to Sidious with the Rebel Alliance still doing what it could in the midst of the conflict. Basically, in this timeline, Vader determined during his first meeting with Leia aboard the Tantive IV that conventional means of torture would prove ineffective against her due to what he could sense in the Force. As a result, he elected to track down those closest to her and force an ultimatum, he already knew that she was the 'daughter' of Bail Organa but he elected to make sure that he had at least a couple of individuals to work through in case she proved to be stubborn. He would put a sample of her blood through the database and order one of his own men to check it, said soldier then returned a few minutes later with the news that Leia's blood relative at least on her mother's side was Padme Amidala. Vader, would be silent for a few seconds before ordering him to remain there and tell no one about the results and then leaving briefly, returning a moment later with another blood sample and ordering the soldier to compare them. They matched. Upon receiving this result Vader would ask if anyone else had seen or heard anything about either test and upon hearing that no, no one else had, he snapped the soldiers neck, ending his life swiftly and painlessly. He couldn't allow this information to get back to the Emperor, he couldn't allow his daughter to be snared by that vile being's malice. I could go on, but this is the basic set up for what happens down the line.

This was a great fan fiction. I especially love the ending, it was on Dave Filoni level of writing. The only thing that I thought wasn’t too convincing was anakin turning to dark side. I don’t think he really would after what had just taken place in this scenario (seeing that palpatine is in fact a Sith Lord and feeling that betrayal AND being aware of his master plan thanks to maul). I also don’t know if he would have still had his nightmare about Padme since it was after he returned from the battle over coruscant in ROTS and i don’t think he would’ve had much time to sleep during the siege of mandalore. Perhaps if sidious used his mother it would’ve been a little more convincing. But nonetheless great video. I really enjoyed it and recognize that this took a lot of hard work

Tbis is definitely the best what if ive ever heard concerning star wars and specifically anakin!everhbody is always so determined that anakin would turn to the dark side no matter what happens when in reality, all that would have to be done is to show padme being safe or protected and he would be reassured in the light side of the force again.
