For Asta Time Magic, I would say give him a spell called "Magic Room" which allows him to speed up or slow down anything in the Aoe. I find this a great idea because I think Asta would need an AOE move because Asta has to get up close and personal to use his power. While it can be used for support like, he can choose who he wants to slow or accelerate.
