Love the what If, but these power levels r so lower than they should be specially Grandpa Gohan who was on par with Master Roshi if not stronger after the 21st Budokai. Remember that Grandpa Gohan was able to defeat Kid Goku during Fortuneteller Baba Arc, so how does he have a power level of 40?!

Grandpa Gohan died to Goku pre 11 going on 12 years old, meaning pre his power level and strength of 10 at the start of the series and his great ape form's power level of 100 so you have a very solid cap for his canon strength at less than 100 and a lower cap of more than 20. Also we know you gotta be twice as strong as someone to tank attacks so he would also have to be something less than 50 by that logic. Beyond this you seem to not understand the context of Gohan's appearance in the Baba saga, he's using a 1-day pass to earth and a non-living body which doesn't suffer from mortal debuffs like hunger or aging, this same principal is applied to Goku's discovery of SSJ3 after all as the strain it causes is viable in a body that doesn't suffer from getting tired, meaning we can conclude with extreme certainty that Gohan's power grew between his death and the years that passed begore reuniting with Goku ontop of the fact being dead is pretty much wishing your youth back because otherwise this is infact a very old man who isn't immortal like Roshi. Beyond this you're miscaling 21st Roshi, he says himself he was very rusty at that point when he returns for the 22nd and compares himself to characters like Tien and Shen who likely never got rusty and runs a more active martial arts school, as well as the fact he cites having gotten back into shape at that point. Also keep in mind Goku likely didn't get more than 5x stronger from Training with Roshi, I say this because scaling he or anyone he fought too near the 100s means you have to argue Roshi and an entire crows of people survived against a great ape with a PL over 1000, while he is rampaging and they did so unscathed even if Roshi didn't directly fight Goku if he's that much stronger than him its hard not to see Roshi squished 10x over before his kamehameha touches the moon. Something like 500 is still wild but more believable and its always very possible Jackie Chun rusty had a sub 100 power level when not using his max power form (something which is until some games and super is shown more as a form for a single attack than something you fight in) and Goku over their match adapted to his base power, which is actively what the source material depicts.
