If the cells of beerus and whis were added to cell it would be the baby cell that would take 14 years to grow the cell that they fought would be from an alternative timeline were the original dbz events played out, then he would kill trunks (who did not have god ki in this timeline) and go to the main timeline were he would be extremely weak.

That actually makes no sense that they would do the ritual for trunks but not for Gohan. Gohan with proper training with god Goku can surpass him in months, just like he surpassed SSJ Goku in HTC in 6 months starting from mere base form as a weak useless kid, and then became the first SSJ2 in dragon ball. Gohan has unlimited potential. This is why I fucking hate super. Gohan needs to train with goku just for a year in HTC to be a powerhouse again. Not train with Piccolo. Jesus writing is so bad!

I mean they just got an ominous warning from the future that an enemy strong enough to kill them all was about to appear, and it's not like future Trunks would've told them about beerus so they would think Beerus also appeared in future Trunks' time. Goku had better battle instincts, plus, when Goku first achieved Super Saiyan God, when Him and Beerus were fighting, in the beginning, Beerus stated Goku still didn't have nearly enough power to actually hurt him. So no matter who they used the ritual on, no one would've actually been strong enough to challenge Beerus, even with a god power up.

One problem with this. The Cell from Trunks' timeline wouldn't have Beerus and Whis' cells, because in that timeline Beerus and Whis wouldn't have shown up. As such, that Cell wouldn't be any stronger than canon Cell. Only the Main Timeline Cell (i.e. the one that Krillin killed in Dr. Gero's lab in canon) would have those cells. However, due to how events play out, the Cell from the main timeline wouldn't have been killed at this point in time.

I feel like they’re gonna fuse into Gogeta (since the Kais won’t be there to watch the fight since they weren’t in the original timeline) and Gogeta would go super saiyan blue and have about 5 minutes to get shit done and he would basically do what he did to Janemba but wouldn’t completely kill cell. Everything that happened before Super was just building up to that point. Gradually making Goku and Vegeta strong enough to have a chance against enemies at that level.

The big problem that I have with this, is Goku learned Super Saiyan in the Namek Saga, he did three years worth of training on Earth with having the Super Saiyan form, and you're implying that he didn't use it a single time? When dr. Gero and Android 19 came on the scene, they had no idea what a Super Saiyan was, so I think it's extremely unlikely that they would have adjusted for Super Saiyan God

Theres a lot of holes in this one. First off the bug that the dr made to collect dna for cell got destroyed in the saiyan saga. Next, even if it survived beerus and whis are both too hyper sensitive to there surroundings at their level of power to not notice the bug taking their dna. And lastly the two timelines split as soon as trucks came back the first time so even if against all odds the bug made it through all this, the cell that originally killed future trucks in his timeline couldn't have the god dna because in trucks timeline they never went ssg or met beerus and whis.

I understand that, but future Cell (that came in the time machine) was from Trunks timeline...if he came from Trunks timeline Vegeta and Goku both died wayyyyy before turning blue (since in his timeline , Beerus did not wake up earlier).....the only Cell who could have God DNA would have to be from the current timeline....Future Cell cant kill future Trunks.

But since Beerus actually wakes up before the androids comes that changes both timelines. So in future Trunks timeline, Goku and vegeta still go god becuase Beerus and Whis arrive. Gero gets the DNA from that timeline. With Goku dying from the heart virus, Vegeta has no will to train since Goku can never come back. He trains occasionally but doesn’t increase in power. This leads to him never training with Whis so no SSJ blue. With the Gero and 19 coming, Vegeta is defeated by them because they took extra time for improvements and there is 2 of them. After defeating Vegeta, essentially everyone else is also killed. Gohan is much stronger in this due to fighting stronger androids and getting bigger zenkais. Trunks is stronger as well. So Future Trunks is being terrorized by 19 and 20 in his timeline. He comes back to this timeline, gets god goes back kills 19 and 20. He is going to return to timeline and then Cell with Beerus and Whis DNA kills him and absorbs his power. Since Cell would probably believe 17 and 18 were destroyed becuase they were never used. He goes to a different timeline so he can absorb them to become perfect.

Broku72 so future trunks wouldn't still be able to beat 17 and 18 because as you say, they have the Dna of the gods. How would God future trunks beat the androids but God future vegeta can't? That doesn't make sense to me. I think you overlooked future trunks timeline in this scenario. You told us future trunks would beat the androids so easily because of the god ki he got from main timeline, so initially, you thought beerus and whis only arrived in the main timeline, not in the future timeline aswell
