Basically this, but it goes even further. In canon, Vegeta spent most of his life under Frieza's influence, that's how he ended up so excessively ruthless and cruel even by Saiyan standards. In this What If, he's basically been rescued from that, and while Frieza would have still had some influence on him it wouldn't have been as much as in canon, and he'd also have more time to break out of his indoctrination.

This was always the case to some extent but the other fighters could at least contribute. With Super having it so that everybody but Goku and Vegeta don't even bother anymore because they have no chance of keeping up with them. As someone who is working on my own fanfiction I'm trying to put the humans and everybody else to keep up without overwhelming the various threats, but it isn't easy.

The forms aren't mutually exclusive far as we're aware, one could use God ki with further forms of ssj, and even before that, why wouldn't Vegeta attempt to use ikari with ssj, like broly, given his control over ikari, giving them the full power ssj forms? A full power super Saiyan blue would probably be unlocked relatively easily, hell broly technically did here.

Dude, I randomly crossed paths with this video, read the tittle and thought it was to be a short one with some jokes. See the length, "why so long?", advanced the video like 10min and start watching it to have a general idea. Loved it. Went back to the start and started enjoying every second. Being in almost tears at certain emotional points, even. I love this "What if?" so much, as I lost interest in Dragon Ball as it became a loop of "Goku being the strongest in his life, new stronger for appears, Goku loses, Goku trains, Goku wins. Rinse and repeat." While always having Vegeta being "almost there", and all the other Z fighters being just in the background… Here Vegeta is the elite warrior that also trains, what makes him the stronger one, with Goku being the closer second, while having his canon wish to fight stronger rivals always unfulfilled thanks to Vegeta and not the new foe that appears every few years. So Goku can always have his training pal, and Vegeta be the proud leader of the group, having to keep an eye on not being surpassed by the others. Also the "background characters" are much more used and interesting, like being them the ones training with Kaito. (Also also, I really liked the "ashamed tsundere" personality he had at his younger age with Bulma, very fitting anime-wise.) One thing I missed was the Android saga, it would have been very interesting to watch it with the changes you had. With the difference in power, how things would have happened? And what about Cell? Vegeta wouldn't have been fooled by his pride, allowing Cell become stronger. And what about Krilin? Would he have lost his potential waifu because they destroyed the androis in the first place? I would love to see that saga made by you, PLEASE!

If I am not wrong wasn't Vegeta's power level was always 18000 from his childhood and he never trained so he never grew ahead of it.

It was 10l when he was a child and you literally see him training against Saibamen at that time. I don't know where the idea that he never trained came from. That was Frieza that never trained.

I feel like Shenron not teleporting someone is more about them knowingly denying it. Goku knows what Shenron was and thus could intentionally deny being brought somewhere else, but in this, Vegeta wouldn't even realize what was happening.
