Since no one else said anything, I will. False Super Saiyan is Super Saiyan. It has the same power boost that the gold haired version does. That is because when the made the Lord Slug movie they wanted to use SSJ, but Toriyama wasn't fully sure one how he wanted it to look. So, he told them what he had so far. Which was spiky hair and a golden aura. But I do get you wanting to make them separate and the 25x boost isn't a bad idea for that.

Decent What-If but you're forgetting going Super Saiyan for the first time means you've broken a barrier and you get a permanent boost to your base form which would have blown Vegeta's power level even further out of proportion during the 23rd.

My hope is that it is a HUMAN form - because Gohan wanted to grow as a human and not just a saiyan. Chichi has insane potential. Yamcha busts planets and Roshi achieved a facsimile to UI - humans ARE gifted; just not as powerful as saiyans. But they are way more creative with their Chi than saiyans are; maybe this is what happens when they fuel their Chi with rage ... and the Kai ritual unlocked Gohan a path to this realm of power.
