Lore for the Americas: after seeing the immense cold of greenland, the dutch (brown team) explorers become terrified, and say that exploring that land is like a death sentence. this eventually manifests that anything beyond the atlantic is freezing and intensely cold. this means that the discovery of the americas becomes very delayed, as everyone is scared to traverse, this could even mean that the americas are discovered by the east asians before the europeans, a cool twist from our reality!

A few good Ideas for new countries in the series would be: A group of explorers decided to settle where they explored. Instead of going back to their home, and they become a country in modern day Celebes/Sulawesi, and they really want to be annexed by the country the were from but it keeps failing On the colony of the light blue North African nation, they have people set sail from there and they accidentally get to close to South America where they go and make a colony in South America, but quickly it breaks away and it is a nation kind of like Ancient Egypt where it sits completely on a river (will be Amazon for the new nation), because there are dangerous/inhospitable areas around it (Amazon Rainforest for the new country) The Brown country on the Horn of Africa has a civil war, but not for independence movements, but rather for a new ideology, however the war goes into a stalemate and the North Brown stays a Kingdom, but the South becomes a Democracy.

(Day 3) Idea: now that the dark cyan (Portugal) country is so powerful, it is now a major fishing power. I suggest that they, with a collaboration from the light blue (Carthage) nation, lose a fishing fleet of about 150 people due to a hurricane in Cape Verde and make that fleet end up in modern-day Florida or Cuba. These people will eventually create a civilization there, isolated from the rest of the world. This is a good way to introduce a whole separate culture and to make a country that will, when the time will come, resist colonialism of their continent.

Idea: The Purple, Orange, and Red teams have all suffered a lot from the plague, so they decide to form a alliance. This alliance is an economic and military alliance, and their goal is to survive for at least the next few decades. But since their militaries are weaker, this means the alliance is weak, but fortunately the brown team (The one that lost Great Britain) just lost Norway and Sweden and they wasted a lot of resources trying to stop them and their economy is ruined and people are mad, so they decide to join in hopes of keeping their economy alive. And even the two countries that border the green team decide to join the alliance as their economy was ruined building the trade route. This alliance prospers for a few years until one day, the trade route the green team wanted was destroyed by a massive fire. But the green team thinks the two countries that broke away from the red team destroyed it, and the green team king is mad and declares war in them, activating the alliance’s first war. But it wasn’t like the green team wanted to be invaded, they got some help, too. The purple team (That controls modern day Iran) Joins the war on the green team’s side. We also see the country up north that broke away from the red team also join the green team’s side. Then the Pink team in turkey and the country below it also join the green team. This war is considered one of the bloodiest in history with over 500,000 casualties and tons of drafting people into the army on both sides. And after twenty years of fighting, the alliance the Purple, Orange, and Red team formed wins the war. In the peace treaty, we see the total dissolution of the green team as its land is split between the two countries that broke away from the red team, the red team takes back the country up north,the Pink team and the country below it, and the purple team on Iran. The orange team gets a bit of the pink team, and the green team’s alliance is forced to pay war repartitions. After that, more and more countries want to join the alliance

You sould use a silver like color for major cites. There are some benefits to doing it: 1. It would give a glance to the wars 2. When a nation gets independence, if they own a major city you know Exactly where their capital sould be 3. When a nation is conquered by an other you can just mark it as a major city so that 4. If the nation gets independence again, you know exactly where their capital used to be

Great video, and I'm happy to hear the series isn't ending soon. Also just a few suggestions, you should take into consideration that economies can be based off of a certain thing, and if that certain thing becomes less valuable, the economy can collapse. Also religions would be a really cool way of starting alliances and wars, and would make conflicts much more long lasting and realistic. Also at this point I'd like to see more of an age of exploration, since they discovered there is land west of Europe, and southeast Asia extends farther than they thought.

Idea: The new dark age Basically the king of the red team passes away, usually his son will become new king, but the king had two sons. No one can agree on who should be the new king, and people begin picking sides. Half of the Red team population chooses the first son, while the other half chooses the other son. Both sides are led by the son they support, and the red team breaks in half. Familiar, right? After the breakup, war immediately begins, but after a few years of fighting, there were no winners because both kings died. After that, both sides sign peace because there is no point of fighting anymore and they establish their own countries. Since both kings died without an heir, no one can agree on who to rule their country, so both countries become the first democracy. And both have their first elections, and the rest of the world sees what they’re doing so some countries even replace their monarchy for a democracy. Soon enough, democracy becomes more and more popular until only a handful of countries are still monarchies. But this era soon comes to a end unfortunately. The western red team starts collapsing, thanks to economic problems and invasions from neighboring countries, also sounds familiar. Eventually 200 years after the civil war, the western red team collapses and it’s last president is deposed. After that, the world slowly fades into despair. Also, tons of disasters make the air practically unbreathable and the sun becomes blocked, making the world dark. The life expectancy is also heavily lowered to 20-25 years and birth rates plummet. The eastern red team still goes on for a few more years, before also meeting the same fate as the western red team, now both red teams are gone which is another big blow to the world. Then after a few decades, life has gotten so bad that the life expectancy is now lowered to 15 years and now no one is willing to fight. Then armies are gone and the world population is lowered to 20 million. It would be 500 more years until the world got back onto its feet and moved on, starting a new golden age albeit a still existing impact from the fall of the red team

Lore for new country in south india: The yellow country’s king got exiled out of europe, so him and his descendants travelled to different areas of the world trying to regain power. Eventually many generations down one charismatic individual makes his way to southern india, and takes advantage of the situation and becomes the king. That is why the color is the same shade of yellow as the european nation, because it’s ruled by the same dynasty

Here is my input on what should happen in each episode from here on. Episode 10: Claiming of Central Asia and Indonesian Islands, Discovery of Australia. Episode 11: South African Claiming and Invention of Gunpowder weaponry Episode 12: Discovery of South America by West African Nation, news kept quiet Episode 13: Rapid Colonization of South America and further Discovery of Greenland Episode 14: Industrial Revolution and second Plague, originating from South America (basically Yellow fever) Episode 15: Industrial Revolution continuation and exploration of Siberia, discovery of Alaska Episode 16: Rapid Exploration and colonization of the Americas as news of South America spreads to the rest of Europe and Asia Episode 17: Series of Wars takes place and new nations form from American colonies, including East coast American colonies, they however are Monarchial Episode 18: Further Exploration of Americas and development of Modern technologies, such as Electricity and Motor vehicles Episode 19: Further development of Nations leads to several wars and the First World War takes place, leading to the destruction of ancient Nations such as Red, Blue, and Purple, this war is fought over oil, which is believed to only be in the Middle East Episode 20: Oil is discovered in The Americas as well as in Northern Europe and Asia, leading to major economic changes and the collapse of several nations Episode 21: Space exploration is hinted at as the first Rocket is launched and a major arms race begins (sparking a cold war) Episode 22: World War 2 begins as several European nations begin invading one another in a hope to claim more land and power Episode 23: World War 2 continues as Middle Eastern and South Asian countries join the war (Gas warfare becomes prominent and makes large chunks of land inhospitable for short periods of time Episode 24: World War 2 ends with no clear winner, and many nations have collapsed and been conquered. A treaty is written up that declares a United Council of Nations to oversee trade and disputes Episode 25: The UCN fails and World War 3 begins as the nations of Europe Unite and begin invading Asia, Africa, and the Middle East Episode 26: American Nations join the war against Europe and slowly World War 3 ends with Europe having to pay reparations to all affected nations Episode 27: The first Satellite is launched into orbit, sparking a Space Race on a Global Scale Episode 28: After several decades, the first Nation puts people on the moon and discover the faded flag of America, believing it to be Aliens Episode 29: In fear of alien invasion, the countries of the world recreate the UCN, but with more military power, and begin militarizing the world Episode 30: years later, they learn that the flag found on the moon was actually left their thousands of years prior, by an advanced human civilization (this is as far as i got, but i think its an interesting timeline and a way to include civilization before the restart without throwing a surviving country into the mix)
