I think Izuku's hero name should be Twilight, the definition of the name is "the soft glowing light from the sky when the sun is below the horizon, caused by the refraction and scattering of the sun's rays from the atmosphere." Basically indicating nightfall, I thought it would be good since it has relation to both light and dark, so Twilight :)

And his parents ignore him because when izuku talks about the bullying they think it's not serious so he leaves his parents And the ship should be with Momo yaoyurozu because izuku needs a place to stay and momo has a place to stay because her parents are rich plus momo just sees izuku on the streets and she feels bad so she takes him in. I ask all this cuz of how to is past on is by the new person taking in some of the current holders DNA. This would include semen during intercourse based on what is said in Cannon. Also if it is not past on in the story it would be a fanfic not a what if. This cuz what if scenarios use cannon lore from the series. (or the multiple series if multiple series are present) so example let's say we have a Naruto what if what has the elemental Nations in the one peace world. (aka it has devil fruits) then we would have to combined the lore from both in a way that doesn't change said lore from either story. (this can add abilities to the Naruto world) an example of how to do and not to do a what if for this would be u can have haki users in the elemental Nations, but say no one has arrived on the elemental Nations from outside of it since before the age of 6 paths. This would not change the lore of either story,but still adds to it.

Not necessarily true. Its not water that effects devil fruit users, its the particles from Sea Prisms. Thats why Luffy couldnt swim in the Clouds on SkyPiea and also why SkyPiea could float to begin with. If a water quirk users quirk ALSO generated Sea Prism Particles then it would be just as effective as the Sea Stones the Navy uses for prisons on the Grand Line

Well AFO could take someone hostage such as his parents far far away from him so that he can demand something.Also Dr.Ujiko is the doctor that checked if Izuku had a quirk or not and is the same doctor who made the Nomus for AFO,so AFO would know Izuku's weakness.Even if Izuku went to a different doctor AFO could still go after that doctor and interrogate him about Izuku's weakness.He could also interrogate Izuku's parents though I doubt they'd tell him. 3:52 water bends light, so as his quirk allows him to become intangible light, that means he's most likely going to have adverse effects to his body when in water. this goes for the extra damage as well, being able to turn into light means his body is not very durable so it can switch easily, resulting in his body taking more damage. and last for up to the time stamp of listening, it sounds like his quirk is a mutant quirk, a quirk that permanently changes the body after activation like Ojiro's tail quirk, Dupli-arms, and invisibility. got to say though, this is a really good idea! Well yeah and no. Sure water bends light but it depends on the strength. Gamma Rays will straight up evaporate the water. Secondly you might know that when light goes through water then gets out, it won't actually be bent when coming out. Air -> Water -> Air won't change anything, but Air -> Water -> Glass -> Air will, so to actually end up changing how the light comes out you'll have to add another material. Edit : Also forgot to mention that light gets bend because it slows down (it's normally the speed of light) Deku, not moving at the speed of light, will have a lot less effect. The light he's emitting will appear bent, but his actual body won't really be.

I think a One piece powered Deku would be interesting. Like a What if Deku had all forms of Haki? But more like what if he had basic Armament and learned to use the rest and their advanced forms Woth the possibility of him gaining a fruit either a Logia or a cool paramicia like the dough fruit that Katakuri has. Essentially Deku would be born seemingly normal and one day while being bullied by Bakugo, (Specifically that scene where Deku was protecting another kid from Bakugo) he'd activate his Buso Haki in conjunction with his will. And from there he'd train and train, going through school, and let's say he had all forms by the time AFO shoes up and snatches Bakugo. Deku recklessly tries to fight AFO instead of coming up with a plan to save Bakugo like what happend initially. And AFO would just blow him out of the water with an AOE quirk sending him into some building in which he'd find his mystery fruit. And then he can train with this fruit and by the time the story reaches where the Manga is Deku would Essentially be a different version of Luffy, just smarter.
