With OFA, his power would increase exponentially the longer a fight progresses. OFA is an enhancer type quirk, meaning it would enhance Deku’s quirk to be like 5X stronger at something like 20%, which in turn increases his durability, making him able to use more of OFA, ending up in a loop making his power increase at an exponential rate until he hits 100%. Even then, we’ve seen canon Deku use 1000000% before, so saying 100% is the limit isn’t really realistic, therefore there is actually no definitive limit on his power, meaning this Deku theoretically has infinite power. The only issue with this is that his body might at some point start having a sensory overload and, assuming his brain and nervous system don’t get enhanced, it would cause him to have a mental overload at some point during the whole process.
