Because Izuku's has more focus it can impact individual targets better, forcing them away from him with greater force, it also wouldn't be affected by heat like Whirlwind is.

Then again this what-if isn't One Piece so learning it is a bit unnecessary, and there is no one who is threatening enough for Rayleigh to learn the "advanced" version of it. Then again, I haven't watched part 18, 19, and 20 so I don't know if they'll learn it from this what-if or not. Edit: I wouldn't be surprised if this comment was deleted. Hint: When prime WB and Roger clashed. They used advanced conqueror's Haki or coated their conquering spirit in their blade instead of letting it out in a burst of waves. I will not spoil it any further and if you're not convinced. I suggest reading the manga or watch spoilers.

I wonder if they'll see this. If you want an idea (instead of me going on discord) why not combine this "What if" with another. Aka *What if Deku can use Haki and Ki.* Aka One Piece and Dragon ball Powers that anybody can gain and use. The difference is, Deku can now Fly, sense Ki on everyone, and fire Ki Blast with some that are shaped for different uses, along side Haki that allows him to strengthen [Armament], sense [Observation], and send fear [Conqueror] to people.
