I recognize this power from metal gear vengeance, it seems that Izuku has gotten the powers and personality of Raiden with an ominous foreshadowing of his split personality; Jack the Ripper! Now you have to continue this series I'm actually quite excited that we have something like a reverse Deku that's took the spotlight from bakugo with a bit of a Casanova persona, if he does get a girlfriend I think it might be Nejire or Shroom. Please continue this series I see a lot of potential to where it started off!

Problem is, the nano machines are a way too broken for MHA. They make the user basically invincible unless they fight someone who can negate durability like Raiden does with the Murasama. Armstrong can react to Raiden's blade mode which is 10% the speed of light. In terms of strength they allowed Armstrong (basically an athletic human) to easily beat Raiden before he got the Murasama. Raiden in his MGS4 body stopped outer haven and in MGR he's LEAGUES above where he was in MGS4 plus he has ripper mode and Armstrong was still slapping him around. Realistically Izuku should just speed blitz and one shot anyone he fights including All Might and AFO but I'm assuming they've weakened the nano machines to fit the narrative.
