Could you do What If The Crusaders ( Aka Avdol, Iggy, and Kakyoin) lived? Also if you want to know what parts they appear in? I could tell you and some ideas you could do with it. First is Part 3 and how they survive. Instead of getting his whole body except for his arms. Avdol would get his arms cut off and he would have lost his arms instead of 3 quitters of his body. With Avdol and Polneraff around Iggy would have stay hidden instead of fighting as Polneraff and Avdol would not want Iggy dead. As for Kakyoin instead of getting punched right through the abdomen Dio throws knifes right into him. But out of sheer luck Kakyoin is not hit anywhere in his main oregon's and he can't get out because Dio has him pinned into the water tower and Kakyoin instead plays dead. The rest of the story goes the same but instead all the Crusaders go to where they live. Joseph goes to Japan for a week along side Jotaro and Kakyoin. Avdol would stay in Egypt. And Iggy would go to France along side with Polneraff. Part 4. Kakyoin is with Jotaro during the car trip to Morhio and he would be in the same fights as Jotaro except the Rat fight as that was more of Jotaro and Josuke bonding time. Avdol replaces the random speedwagon agent during the Chilli Pepper ark and he would help a lot especially against Sheer Heart Attack match. But he would only be in 3 fights. The Akira one and the 2 Kira fights. And Iggy doesn't appear in this part because he is with Polneraff. Both Kakyoin and Avdol would survive as this was a more slice of life so I don't see Kakyoin or Avdol diying. After the events of part 4 Kakyoin would move his family to live in Morhio. While Avdol would go with Joseph and Jotaro. Part 5. Avdol would go with Koichi to track down Giorno. He would also take Josuke and Okuyasu along with him as they would be helpful and Avdol would obviously join Passione to keep an eye on Giorno so his goals stay nothing but positive (The other 3 might join along but I don't think they would but for the sake of the story I would have them go along so they can help Avdol). Kakyoin would not be in this part but instead stay in Morhio with his family. And Iggy would be with Polneraff. Okuyasu, Avdol and Iggy would be the three characters that end up diying and here would be how they do. During the Chocalata and Secco stuff Josuke would go with Mista and Giorno and Avdol and Okuyasu would stay to help Bruno. The whole Chocalata stuff would go the same but Josuke would help Giorno do the 7 page beat down on him and Secco would keep Okuyasu and Avdol away by sending dirt spikes at them but after Bruno destroys Secco's ear drums Okuyasu uses The Hand and swipes Secco after he pops up in the ground. after killing Secco with The Hand Okuyasu would bump into Doppio after apologizing to him Doppio turns into Diavolo and kills Okuyasu with King Crimson by punching him right into the chest. Avdol would follow Doppio and Bruno as he would not trust him. Avdol would protect Bruno before getting attacked and this would be his reunion with Polneraff and Iggy. Avdol would apologize for not being there back in 93 but Polneraff accepts his apologize and would tell him they have to kill Diavolo now or else everyone would die. Avdol and Iggy would both die with Polneraff against Diavolo. Avdol would die by getting punched right through the abdomen and diying from blood lost before Josuke and Giorno could get to him. And Iggy would die by getting cut in half with a swift chop by King Crimson. Koichi and Josuke would both survive this parts and would look up at the sky seeing Abochio, Okuyasu, Narachia, Avdol,and Bruno. Part 6. Spoilers. If you have read this part continue reading if haven't then don't read the rest of this. Kakyoin would be the only one there as Polneraff, Iggy, and Avdol are dead and Joseph is to old to fight. He would make his return when Jotaro got his memories and stand disk stolen. Kakyoin would keep an eye on him. He would send a new character out. His son. He would have his son go so he could keep an eye on Jolyne. But he would go on one condition. If he could bring Josuke and Koichi with him so he would not die or get injured during this mission and because Echoes and Crazy Diamond are stands that would help out alot. Kakyoin agrees and sends his son, Koichi and Josuke fake identities so they can get into the prison and pass ports to go to Amaricia. The story would go the same but with Kakyoin's son being involved with the Foo Fighters, Jumping Jack Flash, and Limp Biscuit fights. I could also see him being a rivel to Anasui as they both wanna date her with one wanting her for her looks and the other for her personality. Also with Josuke being around Hermise would be healed up so they would not be absent. The only other changes is that Josuke would end up diying in the spot of Foo as him diying would make more sense and give Kakyoin's son some character growth with him blaming himself for Josuke diying because he only thought of himself as he thinks he made Josuke go without having Josuke's say in the matter. Only for Jolyne to keep him from being depressed and for her to tell him that Josuke would have wanted it to end this way so nobody else would die. With the rest of the story going the same but with Kakyoin's son being with Weather and Anaaui against Bohemian Rhapsody and FF is with Jolyne and Hermes against Sky High and Under World. Jolyne, Kakyoin's son, Anaaui, and FF would fight against C Moon with Jotaro, Kakyoin, Hermise, and Koichi coming to help. The made in heaven stuff still happens with Anaaui still being a donut but and Jotaro having to make the ultimate choice on the world or Jolyne After Jotaro picks to save Jolyne over the world Pucci uses made in heaven to kill Hermise, Koichi, and FF (somehow)? But only for Kakyoin to jump in the way and getting a made in heaven hand right through his chest before diying using the last bit of Hierophant Green to wrap around Pucci and Made in heaven. Kakyoin then tells Jotaro to stop time and kill Pucci or else everyone will die. Jotaro would thus saving the day and no universe reset. With the only survivors are Jolyne, Kakyoin's son, Emporio, and Jotaro surviving. They stare at the sky remembering Josuke, Weather, Anasui, Hermes, FF, Koichi, and Kakyoin. This is an idea you could do. If you do welcome for the help. Also don't mention my name plz for private reasons.

So after reading this (well not part 6 yet since i started the manga when the anime left off for part 6) I actually started this what if script a while ago since I wanted to do this what if for a while. Now I kinda held it back cause i struggle with writing a storyline that i would actually like. I do really like your ideas on how the story would go and if you don't have a problem with it I would actually like to make the what if kinda like how you made it out with just some few teaks of differences. I know most people like All Might but he always pisses me off When Deku asked All Might if he could be a hero without a Quirk All Might just crushed his dreams and walked away. During the Heroes vs Villains training when Bakugo shot a MISSILE SIZED EXPLOSION at deku which should've killed him by the way al All Might did was give him a warning and later comforted Bakugo when he lost What did you mean by All Might latched onto Venom's shoulder? Was Venom walking away and All Might grabbed is shoulder...I was confused on that part
