What if deku was trained by bang (silver fang) from one punch man when bang sees deku trying to defend the kid bakugou and his friends were bullying he chooses to take him in as a student and teaches him water stream rock smashing fist later on deku has a run in with the sludge villain, but when all might offers him OFA he refuses saying he wants to get in with his skill; when he's accepted into UA bang warns him about garou his former student later on in the story deku unlocks a form similar to garou's monster form(since it's deku we'll call it his hero firm since he's a hero not a monster)

One of Aizawa's old classmates could do that basically, it would also kind of be out of character for his quirk's "villain" status. Like "My gas makes people experience their worst nightmares, and I can ride it! *nyoooom*"

It’s disappointing but does make sense the Nomu isn’t alive it’s more like Alexa and Siri it just takes orders, and there’s nothing in the cannon series anima and manga that shows Shigaraki has any fears no regular or personal fears besides disappointing or losing all for one who isn’t there

I feel like this part was the weakest in this series, there was only about a minute worth of content, the rest was just rehashing the exact same content that was in the anime.

I agree, most whatifers tend to rush or extend rehashed cannon parts. I'm also honestly dissapointed that in the last few seconds the gas had zero effect to shigaraki. The nomu I understand, but shigaraki should have a reaction, even if only delayed.

@@notsuh86 What if... hear me out here, All Might never actually arrived on the scene yet Shigaraki saw All Might wipe out Nomu in just one hit and destroy all that he had worked towards. After all that would be Shigaraki's greatest fear, all his plans come to a crushing failure.
